    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have caught myself up on most of the stuff that has been posted. It's not surprising that huffman is not saying much in my absence at least for the last few days. Seems like they are more interested in trying to pick apart every word I say instead of focusing on their own credibility. I don't have any updates yet, but anticipate there will be something this week.

I don't understand why huffman's wife is on here so much. She says she wasn't at my house and most of what she says is hearsay by her own admission. huffman's implied threats for me going to his house to settle whatever and his crap of calling me a kid are ridiculous at least. For the record "kid", I am a couple years older than you and I also try to hold myself to a respectable standard for what I am doing in this 'business' for my animals. I am sure that I am a bigger help to the reptile community than you as well. You know nothing about me other than I have some snakes and you continue to speak ill of me? Your statements here and your history are enough to speak of your character and personality.

I still don't know how the whole rescue thing goes. Don't have a license, yet you rescue animals? I have taken an injured snake off of someone's hands and it is doing great. Does that make me a rescue? That snake in particular is the very first snake that I have ever owned. Surprised you didn't make a report on that snake having a scar on his back since you took him too.

I am a criminal for having snakes? You took my snakes and that doesn't make you a criminal for having the same exact snakes??? I am not in violation of any state or federal law and have no history for crimes. Doesn't seem like I am a criminal, even more so when I should have just received a "fix it" ticket. If I am such a criminal, then I would be arrested or will be arrested. I don't think that will happen since I have not committed any serious crimes. I am sure you or most likely your wife will probably pop on here now because you feel provoked in some way. When are you going to answer the other questions that have been asked? Myself or someone may just need to go through here and type them up in one post so you have them all together to answer them.

I hope I will be able to get to the courthouse again this week to continue the ringhoff crap. I am sure something will come up and will carry it out for some longer than reasonable time.

Despite all of this drama crap, I have hatched out some nice stuff lately. I finally have my first g-stripe and also hatched out two pastave het hypos.
 
Something else that comes to mind, why did huffman have to call me to get my address if animal control was already coming here? Animal control, under the right circumstances, doesn't need anyone to gain entry to seize animals if they are allowed to by law. Animal control would have also had my address on file if a real report was filed against me by someone that has been to my house. They have never heard of me until huffman did what he did.

I must have mis-read the S1 and others thing, that is a non issue as a few have indicated. I am still not able to figure out what huffman is gaining by teaming up with ringhoff against me on the ringhoff matter. I am still taking ringhoff to court and huffman has nothing to do with the part (to my knowledge) of me getting ripped off by ringhoff.

I am still unsure what huffman is wanting me to prove. Can I buy a vowel and get the letters R,S,T,L,E up on the board?

Did I miss something?? I don't recall this ever being brought up before. If so, let's revisit this please... He called you wanting/needing your address??? Was this JUST before arriving with the animal control or a day or so before?? I've read this entire thread and don't recall ever seeing this brought up before. Now this is one long thread so if a Mod could assist in finding out whether it was posted earlier and I just missed it, it would be helpful. One more question and this might seem a little left field here but are you even sure it WAS animal control that he arrived with?? Or associates of his that may work for animal control that were acting outside their "jurisdiction" for lack of a better term...Could that have been why protocol wasn't followed?? Because they didn't follow procedures. Isn't that the sole reason you regained possession?? Improper protocol?? His wife said so herself, people that work for animal control were giving other people his number to call even though it wasn't on any approved list.. she said she had answered several calls herself..which would stand to reason that he had connections inside the company... Were the "animal control" employees in on the scam??

No, the call about the address has not been posted. huffman called me to get my address when he was on his way to my house the day of the incident. I did not know yet that animal control was involved until after huffman arrived and was already in my house. It was definitely animal control since they were in a city van and I also called the police out. That did no good at that time.

I don't know if huffman has any ties to animal control and I am not 100% sure how he was able to do this. The police are doing their thing and I have to be patient.

The thing is, the questions weren't asked of you but your husband. You cannot answer any questions as you were not there.

I will number a few questions that Huffman should answer, not his wife.

1. How were you called by animal control, if you are not listed as one of their contacts?

2. Why do you keep saying that they were going to euthanize the snakes, when a call by a member shows that they do not euthanize ANY animals, warm or cold blooded.

3. What exactly is your relationship with Ringhoff?

It has been over a week and still no answers from huffman about the theft or his involvement with ringhoff. I am hoping to get back down to both courthouses on Monday to keep the ball rolling against ringhoff. I would like the ringhoff crap to be over with this year, but I know that criminal will find a way to delay something again. I am not worried about it; I know karma will catch up with him in the end. His wife must be dirty to stay with someone like that.
 
The ringhoff case continues slowly, but surely. I went to a hearing yesterday and the judge was actually able to get ringhoff to answer the phone this time. I presented the evidence of the false accusations ringhoff posted of me using his alias. ringhoff tried telling the judge that he feels like I am harassing him and he has no proof of such. I haven't called that criminal since March when he originally pulled the scam and I had the PFA signed.

ringhoff also tried saying that he never received a phone call six months ago when the original PFA was to be heard. The judge hearing the contempt motion yesterday was the same judge from six months ago. As ringhoff was running his mouth with lies about not getting called last time, I pulled out the original document the the same judge's signature on it where the judge wrote that he called ringhoff three times and there was no answer. They actually called four times, but double checked the number after the first failed attempt to reach ringhoff.

ringhoff also indicated that he is going through some personal issues. Eventually he came out saying that he is getting a divorce. He tried to blame that on me. The judge wasn't buying any of the crap that he was saying. Mainly since he didn't present any evidence of such and I had evidence to counter everything he was saying.

ringhoff tried to tell the judge to make me stop posting things about him on the internet. He doesn't like me posting where his wife works, the address of where his son lives, his phone number, and so forth. ringhoff sounded exactly like huffman when he tried talking about his child and that he was a great family man. That stuff doesn't add up much either. I wasn't the one who originally posted where his wife works nor about his criminal history. He is also the one posting his phone number on the internet. I am not posting craigslist ads with his number for him to rip off others in car scams and stealing their lawn equipment. That information was brought to light by people here on Fauna. He doesn't want me to post truthful things about him, but it is ok for him to post false things about me??? He is the one that posted my address. Addresses are supposed to be public information. He wants to stop me from posting on here. That would violate my freedom of speech. Not to mention, everything that I say is supported with factual information in one form or another.

I finally have had the summons for small claims court being sent to his local sheriff's dept. That is an extra fee that he will have to pay since he is playing so many games. The new court date is set for the end of November. I will be surprised if he shows. He has had many opportunities to settle this matter and chooses not to do so. Also, the PFA against ringhoff has been extended an additional three months since the judge found him in contempt of court.
 
Wow, I've been talking to him about picking up a group of ringed pythons that he's advertising here on fauna. Glad I saw this thread!
