    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This guy is amazing.... I ordered ONE $9 Natural-looking-wood waterbowl for one of my chondro setups.... well, not only does Robyn call me TWICE to tell me the sizes, but then, after telling him I want ONE of the medium one's, he calls me AGAIN to tell me he's sending me an EXTRA ONE for FREE, just because!!.... I am truly impressed!
I've also purchased reptiles from them in the past (nothing recently, though), and his animals and customer service are ALMOST as good as mine!!.... lol
Thanks, Robyn.... I'm SURE you'll be hearing from me again, especially when your Red Ackies are born later this year!!....

I'd have to agree with you.

Robyn and crew are some of the most professional people we've ever dealt with. We have purchased four animals from ProExotics which are some of the finiest animals we own, and if I have my way we'll be purchasing many more. :)

Robyn is also no stranger to generosity. A couple of weeks ago we were to ship an animal and discovered we had no heat packs. If we were to order them it would have delayed shipment until the next week, so Dan called ProExotics and asked if we could purchase a couple of heatpacks from them. Robyn not only agreed, he offered them to us free of charge.

I will always recommend ProExotics to anyone who inquires (and often do!)
 
Proexotics a true life saver.

I recently purchased some flexwatt tape with them and all i had to do was tape it down and plug it into the thermostat. They are very help with any question you ask and are just pleasant people to deal with. Thanks Robyn and Nicci I'm sure you'll be seeing more of me. Awesome prices and great customer service this is a company that I would refer anyone to.

Awesome service!!!!!

I order my Nolvasan from them and recently I got tongs, hemostats, and a tempgun. They called me back to make sure everything arrived in good condition. They weren't even living things and not even $100 worth of goods, but they took the time. I think they are top notch. I would ove to hear from Chad. He is a great player, and if I ever called there and he answered the phone I would be thrilled.
