In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I ordered 100 large rats and never was emailed. I finally called and was told they were shipped monday for today. I have had my wife there all day and they never arrived at the time stated by rodentpro. I fear I am getting another box of smelly rodents

Ive never had a problem with Rodent pro.
When i receive my shipment the dry ice is still a large block, and the contents are still very much frozen.

I have done business with rodentpro many times and they have always been great. I wouldn't worry

What was the shipping method?

If you used Grey Hound Express, they do not quarantee that the shipment will arrive at the stated time/date because they are at the mercy of the bus line, but they do quarantee that it will arrive frozen.

My last order from them was in February, and I had the same problem, that's why I know. The order arrived three days later than they'd told me it would because of bad weather, but everything was still frozen rock solid.

Hope that helps.

I've known RodentPro to be the type of company that will make good on a bad transaction. If you have thawed, bad rodents upon delivery, call them and let them know what's going on and I bet they will correct the mistake. I received a tracking number on my order and it was accurate.

I hope you get all this straightened out.

Rodent Pro has done right by me everytime. I wouldn't jump the gun and start a bad guy thread until you actually recieve thawed smelly rats. They pack the containers very well and the dry ice is more than ample. Is it possible the shipping agent had difficulty??

Took the day off and no rodents and a bad tracking number that dont work. Was told to be there today my wife waited four hours in the sun no rodents and no shipping tonight. I think by now there rotton and with the blistering heat round here they will be and I aint getting ahold of anyone.

Was this supposed to be a Fedex delivery? or Grey Hound? If its GreyHound, you have to go to the bus station to get them yourself, they don't come to your door.

I don't get it myself cause I ordered them and got the number and it aint working and of coarse cant get anyone on a phone and no package. Plus I rather have frozen then thawed. I cant feed 100 thawed rats to five snakes

Yeah, Greyhound's tracking system sucks, because it really isn't a "tracking" system. It's kinda like with USPS, the "tracking" number is really only a delivery confirmation number. And what Greyhound will tell you is that they don't guarantee arrive time, but give you a 3-5 day window of when it should arrive. The Greyhound station will call you when it arrives though.

I wouldn't worry too much though, Rodent Pro does quarantee that they will arrive frozen, regardless of when during that 3-5 day window they show up. If the order doesn't show up within 5 days of shipping, I believe they will replace the order and charge Greyhound for the lost shipment.

As I said, I went through what you're going through with my last shipment, and they bent over backwards doing everything they could.
