    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You are a flat out liar. I can guarantee you never heard any of those lies you posted about me in the "glass reptiles is ripoff" thread. If you did, back it up and tell us who said it.

Bryonsboas is harassing me and no warning points issued. Hmmmmm he's a paid member. Paid members got it way to good on this site. But I rather put my money into something more better like a new snake. Rodentpro fixed the deal. Also bryon if you shipped a snake would you want it to arrive on time live and well? No surprise here, Clay, but you are missing the point. People criticized you for prematurely (and unnecessarily) starting a negative thread about a company with a pretty good reputation. RodentPro shipped the items on schedule, plain and simple. You hadn't even received the product, but were commenting on how bad it was going to be. You hadn't spoken with RodentPro about the ANTICIPATED problem, and when you finally did - they told you not to worry, that they would take care of it.

Now you are just talking nonsense...in case you have forgotten, this thread is about RodentPro. They ship (primarily) rodents. DEAD ONES. Their animals don't arrive alive and well, they are dead & frozen. If they are not still frozen when they arrive, RodentPro replaces them. (I don't know what RodentPro would do if the rats were no longer dead when they arrived :shrug01: )

I have been ordering from RodentPro for years and have never had a problem. But anytime you ship perishable items (live or frozen), there is always a possibility for a problem due to shipping company mistakes. If you ship often enough, it will happen now and then no matter how careful you are - what you do to fix the problem is what sets apart a good company from a bad or mediocre company.

I have had no need for RodentPro to fix any mistakes, but as far as I know, they have fixed every problem I have ever heard about to the customer's satisfaction. So it is a shame that there will be a "bad guy" heading for RodentPro for all time to come. Of course, if anyone wants to read all of these pages, they will see that the company is not bad at all - IF they read it all and not just the headline.

Seems like the only fair thing you could do (original poster) is to post a "good guy" thread once the deal is resolved to your satisfaction.
 
So the short and skinny here is He Jumped the gun on his post about Rodent Pro. Clay even said it was a salesman from Rodent Pro... So the topic could have been worded diffrently. I know the post is a black smudge on a company with a great reputation, but after reading the following posts by Boaguy Im sure many would ignore his thread or just consider the source...

It has nothing to do my paid membership. So far I haven't said anything that hasn't shown to be true by researching your posts. I'm a redneck , I may get harsh but I'm not going to sugarcoat the stupidity I see in your posts and threads.

As far as shipping a snake, I had folks critique my shipping everytime I ever put a box in the hands of a shipping company. I learned by looking at how packages were shipped to me and asking questions of those with the experience. I'm sure I will eventually run into probs but I made sure to learn those things that reduce it considerably. As far as my money goes , I prefer to put where it does most good and doesn't support known scammers. Maybe you should cut back on snake purchases and focus some of your money to an english tutor or order some hooked on phonics.

No one is harrassing you. Can't you take responsibility for what you do and say?

Perhaps since you are so good at talking the talk why don't you walk the walk and pony up and become a mod. You are using this site just like everyone else is. Then you can start giving points to whomever you think is bad and won't that be a fun time and just see how much mods can get away with things :reddevil:
 
I personally have only had positive experiences with Rodent Pro and I have dealt with them for about 4 years I think... I have bought everything from pinkies to xxl rats and chicks all have come well frozen and boxed very well of course they came UPS or Fed Ex I have never tried Greyhound but it sounds like if there was a problem they fixed it. You went and posted a thread that they are bad before you even gave them a chance to fix the problem or even actualy knew there was a problem. They cannot and should not be taken to task for an issue with the shipping.The fact that they offered replacements for the bad part of your order is very professional of them. Some companies would not do that. I will order all my frozen feeders from them still and hope others continue to do the same
 
I used RodentPro for mice and chicks and everything arrived in superb shape. I used FedEx, because I plain don't have time to go to a greyhound office. (Closest one would be a half hour)
As far as I can tell, you jumped the gun. Then when people tried to reassure you that everything would probaly be fine, and that you shouldn't post "Bad guy" before you even receive product, you tried to call names and act like a brat. Getting called on your poor behavior is not being attacked.
Your previous posts refferred to here do not show a mature responsible person, so I guess none of us should be surprised.

All this other BS aside, you posted this thread as a Bad Guy thread about Rodent Pro.

The Fact is that the problem wasn't with Rodent Pro, it was you misunderstanding how Greyhound Shipping (the shipping method YOU chose) works.

But Rodent Pro is fixing the problem and even spending extra money to upgrade the shipping on replacment product. Which is exactly what they quaranteed they'd do, and what everyone on here told you they would do!

That absolutely should not be a "side note"!

You owe Rodent Pro a huge apology for starting this thread!
 
I've never ordered from anywhere but rodent pro, which has been for 5 years, with no problems, except for a couple weeks ago when I got an order that was still 'frozen' but the guts of a few of the rats were pliable. Everything elso was frozen solid, but I was concerned to I talked to Kevin and he was very proffessional and polite and complying, but after talking with him I decided that the rats were fine. I have little doubt that he'll send another shipment for free if you call him and let him know what happened.
