Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

1st off, I'm so sorry that I trusted this guy and waited for payment. He had no reason to lie about the entire situation. I still don't understand WHY he's lieing about it. What does he have to gain? A guy winds an auction. Gives you the run around for a couple weeks. Then cancels on you. So you put a negative statement on him and move on with life. Next thing you know the guy is telling everyone you sent him an animal that still happens to be in your possesion. Frankly I would have an attitude too.

2. Can you tell us why you had to make a whole new account if it was her under investigation?
3. Can you post an e-mail from paypal saying you cancelled payment?
4. Can you post a picture of the pretend animal you have with the pretend ticks?
5. can you address the fact that you are using someone else's picture without permission to sell your "captive bred" animals?
6. Can you tell me why you are selling farmed animals as "captive bred"?
7. Can you show us pictures of the box you received the animal in?
8. Can you show us a picture of the shipping label on the box?

You accuse her of sending you an animal that ws never sent to you. You post a bogus report on her on repti bid. You get your account banned/canceled. You sell farmed animals as "captive bred". You sell normal columbians as True locality "red tails". you use someone else's picture to sell your "red tails. But she is now gonna answer to the commerce department? Boy she should be real scared. You have stated a few times that you cannot seem to edit your postings to ad your name. That's true, because the BOI is set up to keep people from editing their posts (keeps everyone nice and honest!). It is also true that you need to have your name on each and every post you make on the BOI, because that is what the TOS requires of us all.
Soooooo --
You can go up to the "User CP" tab on the top of this page and find the area where you can edit your information. In there, you can change your signature line to reflect your FULL NAME (and whatever other pertinent information you might choose) on every posting from this day forward.
You have stated a few times that you cannot seem to edit your postings to ad your name. Just so everyone knows (and just in case he's smart enough to try to edit my email to him), I did try and email him and attempt to reason with him. Here's the email I sent to him...The very bottom is an email he sent me a while back. Interesting considering he's the one who started the problems.

Why couldn't you be honest and say you didn't have the money and you shouldn't have bid?
You are making things worse by making up things. I have valid proof from reptibid that you were banned for lieing and making false aligations. I also have valid proof where I live and that you DON'T have my address. I don't even have yours because I simply needed your city, state, and zip to figure out shipping, and then you never paid up so there was no need for your address.
Maybe, just maybe you can salvage yourself by admitting you have lied about everything (of course though you really did bid and won the ball python). People take more to honesty then dragging out a lie. Maybe then you could continue you herp trading online.
Though if you must insist on dragging this out. Please post the date the "accussed animal" arrived and the date he was sent back. I'm kind of curious how you'd like to work THAT out.

He does not have pictures of the box the snake supposedly came in.

It's doubtful they will since they throw a fit if you even mention the BOI (which helps out EVERYONE). I think though. I will email it to them! I doubt they will care though considering they got his $ to post there. Also, why does he keep posting these boas everywhere? If they're on reptibid, they shouldn't be posted anywhere else! It will create conflict.
