    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing animals from Ryan. Not only did Ryan keep in touch with me during the transaction (daily), when the animals arrived and were not the proper sex ratio, He was very quick to own up to his mistake and within two days, the matter was resolved. Ryan's honesty and overall trust during the transaction were second to none. It is hard to believe that anyone in this industry would have gone to the lengths that Ryan did to resolve the issue. Ryan, in my opinion, is an outstanding individual and I will not hesitate to endorse him or do business with him again.
 
I'm curious chip, how many snakes have you purchased online? How many snakes do you own? Who else have you done business with. Did ryan ask you to post here? How did you find ryan and what did you purchase from him?

Well, this is the second new member and first time poster that has come here with extremely high praise for Ryan. I guess it makes some sense as if they had joined up earlier they would have seen the not so nice side of Ryan, and they would most likely not have purchased from him. I have but just one question for reptileguy. Did Ryan ask you to come here and post this? I am just curious. He is well in his right to do so. I am very glad to see that Ryan is taking such great care of his customers now.
 
Wes, maybe Ryan can answer our questions since I see he is currently lurking on this thread as we speak.

I've been working with reptiles for just over 15 years now, I currently house about 20 snakes among other things. I managed a local pet store for five years. I've done business with quite possibly hundreds of suppliers, distributors and wholesalers. My transaction with Ryan was so above and beyond what I expected from him. He was exemplary among businessmen. I have purchased a good portion of my collection via the internet and alot of animals that I no longer own. Ryan did ask me to check out this site, He did not ask me to post anything about him, I took that upon myself when I saw all of the negative feedback on Ryan. The point is we all like to share our bad experiences, but not enough of us give praise where it is due. When you go to a restaurant and have a bad experience, you likely will tell all of your friends. when you have a good experience, how many people do you tell?
I understand that not everyone likes Ryan, Hell, I hardly know him. I just wanted to share that I had and excellent experience when purchasing from Ryan and I would do it again.
 
This is how I treat ALL of my customers. Chip hit it right on the head. When you're satisfied with something, you tell a few. When you're dissatisfied you tell a thousand. Remember that I am not hated on this board because of my customer service. I'm hated because of the things I've said. That's it. Which I have finally decided not to do anymore and start reflecting the reputation that I deserve and try to shed the one that, yes, I have helped to create for myself. Thanks Chip. I greatly appreciate the kind, honest words and vote of confidence.
 
I'm not doubting anything at this point. It certainly would be relatively easy to know if the IP's are different. A moderator could tell. Seeing as how the two ID's posted within a minute of each other, Ryan would have had to expend an awful lot of effort to do that, perhaps using two different computers with two different connections, say a cable and a dial up. I'm doubting that Ryan would go that far for one "good guy" post so I will take it at face value.

No one hates you ryan, some of us just think you're a bit of a turd.

Hopefully you have turned things around. Again.

There will be no more screw-ups. Get used to seeing me in the light I deserve. And thanks Jim. By the way, I had already figured it out on my own a long time ago. But this is directly following the advice you just gave me a couple weeks ago. It will be the norm from now on.
 
In the interest of honest I think that all ryan's previous incarnations along with all the warning points and suspensions should somehow be tied to this user name he uses now.

You wouldn't want prospective clients to know less than they should about you, would you ryan?

Perhaps you could email Rich and see if he can do that for you. THAT would go far towards proving that you are serious about this "new leaf."

I believe that issue came up and Rich said he wasn't sure what would happen if he merged the ID's in terms of all of that so I guess he decided to leave it as is.

So nice to know that you base who you buy from by the speed they reply to you. Excellent criteria.

I'd let you know what you seem like but I am not in the mood for suspension #5 today.

ryan remember me? we spoke and emailed mulipulte times about the 0.6 het BP"S you had,we even discussed payment details.i followed up on the referance you gave me and she stayed nuetral and quite frankly seemed a bit neverous.the last time we spoke i said i needed to TALK to someone you consider a charcter referance,you agreed and said you would email me with a list.that's the last i heard from you,why no follow up?

you mentioned you need to provide excellent customer service to repair your damaged rep.this is NOT the way to go about it.i was thinking about sticking my neck out on these het's and this is the way i get treated !?!

Wow, another stab at Bill. You got nothing better to do than keep stirrin the pot.

Good luck with your exchange with Ryan. It should be quite interesting to see how that all turns out.
