    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Perhaps I have missed the thread that would help me out, but when I go to snakes for sale and click on say ball pythons I am getting ads from February of 2005. I double checked to make sure I wasn't clicking on archives. There were several ads but they ranged all the way back to Feb. There didn't seem to be any order to the ads datewise. I then clicked on a recent ad that is on the main page and from that ad clicked on the ball python link up top and the same thing happened. Where can I go to only see recent ads of a particular snake or lizard species?
 
Nevermind. I found the drop down and for some reason it was on most viewed instead of most recent.
 
LOL, don't feel bad, same thing happened to me!!! It happened right after Rich added some new features, so I'm assuming that's what did it.... ;)
 
That problem has been fixed. But there are a couple of other bugs since the update that will need to be addressed.

  • "For Sale - Merchandise" ads seem to revert to the "Wanteds" format.
  • "Wanteds" give an error message

There may be more I haven't stumbled on, so if you find them first, please let me know....

I noticed the "wanted" are working again and the "For Sale -Merchandise" is not coming up as a wanted ad anymore, but the spot for entering the price and the spot for uploading a pic is still missing. You may already be fixing this, but just in case, I wanted to let you know. Thanks!!
 
The classifieds issues should be fixed now. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to address.

I think the above mentioned bugs have been squashed. The only thing I see that doesn't work for me is the mileage display when you enter in your zip code. For some reason, it won't accept anything I type into the prompt. Anyone else having that problem?
