Deposit and payments will be refunded or put towards a different animal (buyers choice) if something happens to this particular boa in my care and it can not be sold. Deposit and payments are NOT refundable for any other reason. Seller holds the right to hold off shipping if weather is unacceptable (extreme hot or cold) seller will not take any chances on jeopardizing the well being of this or any animal. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change. Shipping to FedEx facility hub is always a possibility and sometimes the safest way to go. Shipping will be done on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for a Wednesday or Thursday delivery and someone MUST be present to accept package (unless shipping to Hub). If the animal is DOA you will need to contact seller immediately with photo proof before receiving a refund. Please be patient as the safety of the animal is top priority.
Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your reptile is healthy and feeding for us upon arrival. In the rare event your animal arrives in any condition less than perfect, any claims must be made immediately, in writing, upon arrival. Do not call without sending a message via our morphmarket, text, or email. Any claims made over 4 hours from the FedEx delivery confirmation are invalid.
All sales are final. Please make sure the animal you purchase is the one that you want. We do not accept returns - this is simply because we have a closed facility and this is the only way we can guarantee all animals we sell are healthy. Once an animal becomes exposed to any outside influences we cannot break our quarantine and allow it back into our facility as this would put the rest of our collection at risk. Once an animal is exposed to factors out of our control, we can no longer guarantee that animal’s health to a new customer. We cannot extend any guarantee past these terms, as we are no longer in control of and have no way to verify the conditions in which the animal is kept. Sometimes animals’ behavior will change based on new stimuli such as: being shipped, being brought to a show, being setup in a new environment they aren’t used to, etc. Please expect that your snake may not immediately feed and may show different behavior based on the additional stress of being sold and sent to a new environment. If you choose to make different husbandry choices than our recommendations then be aware that we cannot guarantee the same results we see with our tried and true methods.
SIDE NOTE:
In order to avoid scams I take an uncut video of your boa going into the snake bag then into the box and being taped up along with the shipping label which includes all of your shipping information, the uncut video continues until the package is brought into the FedEx facility and accepted and the receipt of shipment is received by the seller. This is done on each and every reptile shipped to protect the seller from fraudulent claims from unsavory buyers and acts as proof to PayPal that said item was indeed shipped.
