Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would suggest everyone who has been burned try contacting a lawyer and call Bridgeport police. If there is paperwork that has to be picked up I can pick up all at once and send to everyone. This kid deserves to be arrested and tossed in jail. He sent a pm saying he had family issues and would pay everyone back. Now a reverse charge on PayPal. Sal what's ur excuse for that it wasn't u. The tooth fairy made u do it? U hit wrong key on board? Dying to know
 
As I said I had issues and my Paypal was hacked and I had to have it close and two people who had been charged back that shouldn't have this has nothing to do with the other deals. I will send back the snake if that works or I will make sure that the cc know that was a legitimate charge. Again I wasn't trying to rip anyone off. I didn't do it because of family issues. I just meant I couldn't take care of it and make it right as fast as I should have due to dealing with fqmily issues. Again sorry and it will be made right. If I was trying to rip someone off why would I be trying to make it right. I was never even contacted about the chargeback I didn't know that he was charged back till reading this. My Paypal is closed and I can't view any info.

Send me an email telling me where you would like your snake send back to and I will post the tracking number here so whoever wants to see it can check it for themselves. I said I would make it right. I was never even contacted about this. The other person who was wrongly charged back contacted me and we took care of all paperwork needed and he should be refunded. If you would have contacted me I would have sent the snake back already.

I also offered to have Paul come see the snake and make sure it is in perfect condition before it is sent back since he is the only one I know close to me to verify it is the exact snake in absolute perfect condition before I send it back.
 
Sal if the credit card company is able to refund the money i would rather have you do that, getting the snake back is also a possibility but a lost of money and time on my end, I thank you for coming out here and a least trying to workout a solution, that speaks volumes of u, the only reason why I didn't contacted you first is because i was advised by Paypal not to do so, this is my first charge back ever and i figure that was the best route to take. I wouldnt want to get the snake back and also have the paypal refund the money too i will call paypal in the morning tomorrow and figure out whats the best thing to do, thank a lot for your reply .

No problem the other person charged back had me write a notarized letter saying i did recieve item and it was in said condition. I can do the same for you. I will also contact my cc company and advise to not contest the charges it was that someone sold 15 iPads on my Paypal and charged my cc but my cc charged back everything that looked like a lot of money from the last 3 months. Thanks and again I'm sorry to all for any troubles I have caused.

Sal u talk a good game. We shall see what happens. I wouldn't hold your breath with him. Rich is still waiting on his stuff u gave your word and promised it was supposed to be there 4 weeks ago. Just curious why where u banned on the fishing forum? Was it because u scammed people over there too? Let me guess family issues!
 
Thanks for posting this useful thread Luke. Situations like this really suck but you should have researched this guy before sending him the animal without getting paid first. I hope you get this resolved satisfactorily but this guy seems to have been around the block a few times and I think your best bet is contacting his local Police Department and speak to a detective and file a online claim for fraud.


Daniel in your situation and for anybody who accepts PayPal you should insist on getting paid with a US Postal Money Order and send the goods after it's cashed. This not only ensures merchants getting paid it also protects consumers who get scammed by merchants. It becomes a federal offense on both sides of the fence if fraud is committed when payments are made with US Postal Money Orders and sent via USPS
 
I think I'll draw the line here - a lot of people know what these comments are about, and I understand why they're being posted...but let's keep this one about Sal - if anybody wants to comment about Ed, there's a current thread available.
