I have ordered cages from Sam back in OCT 04 got some of my cages in March or April of 05 all broken form UPS and He said that he would file a claim at UPS and refund my money because of the shipping problem to LAs Vegas..
He has only sent one payment almost one year after the cages were sent back to him.
I would like to find some contacts for him other than his phone number. I don't want to file a complaint against him however I have no other choice.
He never responds to emails or letter or phone calls.
I have called and emailed him numerous times. It seems that everytime I talk to him there was an excuse so I would try to work things out with him.
