Where to even start? I really can't say enough good things about them!
I messaged Matt Han on Sunday evening after seeing one of his ads come across my FB. Not only was he willing to conduct business with me on a Sunday (I've noticed a lot of breeders won't answer Facebook messages over the weekend) but we completed the transaction nearly start to finish while he was enjoying a night out for father's day. Which I'd completely forgotten about. The only things that were left for him to do when he got home was send me a weight and a tracking number, both of which he did.
Aside from this, he was willing to ship her the very next day on almost no notice. I requested shipping for Monday with Tuesday arrival because the heat here has been truly brutal, and today was the only day in the ten day forecast with temps lower than 93. He was completely accommodating, pleasant, and professional every step of the way. Communication was excellent. He was willing and able to answer all questions that I had for him and did so promptly.
I got an excellent deal on my purchase as well. My leopard 100% het pied girl arrived about an hour ago. She was packed superbly and looked as if she hadn't budged in the box at all the whole way here. She is the very picture of good health, no scars and no issues thus far. She seems inquisitive and not at all fearful or aggressive, especially for a baby. He informed me that she's currently in shed, but even so she still looks amazing. Not only that, but included with the invoice was a 'coupon' for free shipping good till the end of the year. I thought it was a nice gesture, as it's not something any other breeder has ever done before.
DO NOT let the lack of information on Sandow Exotics stop you from buying. This has easily been one of the best experiences purchasing online that I've had so far. Excellent service all around!
