I'm having a hard time buying any of this. Post something of relevance. Court documents. Names of "judges" you spoke to etc. Right now it looks like smoke and mirrors. We've already seen pics of turtle sizes and heard your arguments. Nothing more to add to that. Post receipts and legal documentation. Puh-lease! Or let this rest until the outcome has been established. Cut and dry here. Not cloak and dagger. No offense, but this surreal poop is getting old.

I'm not trying to sound like a prick here, I beleive you were ripped off, but if you lied about going to court you might as well kiss the money goodbye because it is proof you aren't willing to pursue this and is a last ditch desperate attempt to scare the scammer into making things right. I've seen it a hundred times here, it never works and at times can be used to prove that the scammed person is willing to lie and lowers credibility of spoken testimony. Wether it is or isn't the case, and I know there are very good reasons for why you may not want to give proof just yet, I hope you get what's yours people may not like your personality but you deserve to get what you paid for.

to be honest I sure don't know whos side to be on but I would tell you this: I would be careful and refrain from saying to much. one thing ive learned in life..."the less you talk the better off you are".

I recently went through a federal lawsuit (as a plantiff) and I prevailed. saying something like you said above.... "I have offered Andrew Popp that if he can provide me the het caramel snow proof - that I could likely get over the size difference and the mis-representations" on that bases alone could cost you in court. if the defense wants to rip into you and say you were originally 100% unsatisfied when you filed the complaint, but now you can live with certain aspect.....that to me could be understood as buyers remorse.
I'm not saying I agree with you or disagree. I hope it works out for everyone and everyone learns a lesson. just friendly advice that I hope you hear. if you have a case in litigation and have retained a lawyer, you need to close your mouth regardless of what people on this forum want to see.

I know that's opposite of what this forum requires but maybe you could put this thread on hold until you have a legal resolution. going out on a limb, it sounds like you have a case. id hate to see a factual case be ruined over a comment or statement. don't think for a second that the defense doesn't have a copy of this thread! youd be a fool to think otherwise. good luck.

There's a handful of trolls, but you have to ignore them at all costs. I have a friend that lives in his moms downstairs, he is 44 years old. He says his favorite thing is to troll and say whatever possible to envoke a reaction online.

I asked him what if someone confronted you one day? He responded he is a keyboard warrior and nobody can find him. Then he asked me for a ten dollar loan for lunch. He's still my friend since we went to schools together.

At all costs you have to learn to ignore those ppl, the are desperate for attention and will never stop, because they have no work schedule or responsibilities like most of us. If you want to avoid the trolls, you have to leave the boi alone. It's each persons choice - the trolls done bother me, really.

If you are talking criminal process you don't have a 'burden of proof', the state has the 'burden of proof'.

I think there are reasonable questions being asked. You are choosing as you have done before, to ignore, demean, and call names.
If you do not want to provide information because you allegedly are trying to sue, you could simply withdraw until the process is complete; but what is happening is that you are making frequent posts about all that is transpiring while at the same time refusing to post ordinary pieces of proof such as the demand letter receipt.

If you are truly trying to change the tenor of prior threads, why not meet requests with either the evidence requested, or a valid reason for not posting, and leave out the descriptive demeaning chatter that appears to be an attempt to silence questions?
