In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Scammed by Andrew Michael Popp Las Vegas, NV

How does this text fit in the time line, relative to the following screenshot? Depending on just what was said in subsequent discussions, I have to wonder if any involved legal counsel would see that part of the exchange as being as much of a :face_palm_02: moment as I do.

This is a great question, with regards to timeline, his full refund offer was after this conversation.

And it was by text, and I already posted on here. I would argue that with more inconsistencies popping up, I could rescend that comment.

But since Andrew offered and agreed to a full refund, after said comments, I need not defend.

Thx

Post #194. A convenient fragment of the text conversation. You wanted to keep the turtles paying less then a third for them and offering half the offspring to the guy you portray as a scammer when they hatch.

And??

I threw out a random settlement offer, I can likely breed these with my double het albino males, and make males one day.

So what?

please explain exactly what your grasping for here
What part of that code are you having trouble cracking? When various statements were made may end up being nearly as meaningful as what was actually said. Having screenshots with some timestamps could end up being pretty useful to those reading and wanting to know how all the pieces fit together. You clearly have no intentions of posting the entire correspondence; but I'm sure even you should have no trouble understanding just why we'd want to see it.

Demand letters are not required to file in small claims, however, I sent each defendant a demand letter as well as multiple emails. And spoke to their attorney by phone. My claim is that the defendants obtained funds using false pretenses.

I'm not sure where your getting your information but the requirements put forth by the Clark County Nevada Courts directly conflicts with your claims.

Specifically from http://www.lasvegasjusticecourt.us/faq/faq_-_small_claims.php

What must I do prior to filing a Small Claims Complaint?

Send a demand letter, using Certified, Return Receipt Requested by the US Postal Service (green post card), to the Defendant. The demand letter must instruct the Defendant to pay the amount due within 10 days of the date that the letter is sent, or the Plaintiff will file a Small Claims case against the Defendant.

•Wait at least 10 days from the date the demand letter is sent before filing a Small Claims case against the Defendant.

•Include a copy of the demand letter along with the signed return receipt (as proof of mailing) with the Small Claims Complaint when the Small Claims case is filed against the Defendant.

If your going to try and lie at all about the process then at least try to pick something that isn't so blatantly incorrect.

So if the suit could only be filed against defendants with demand letters.....wallah

Chris claimed in post #8 early in this thread that he was scammed out of over $10,000.00.
I think he's adding everything up, including previous situations.

In the past, speaking of court and jail has caused me great criticism on the BOI. However, I am now scammed out of over $10,000.00 and the gloves are coming off.

Yes, I was adding up both scams. I felt everyone was aware and did not know one reader was not understanding.

At this point, I'm wanting my day in court.

Unless the question is relevant, prudent, legitimate, and non repetitive, I won't respond.

Best Regards,
Chris

Dident you state something similar of not responding any further about 30 posts ago?
It would benefit you greatly I feel if you stuck to that policy as the hole just keeps getting wider and deeper
Going to need a JCB to get out soon....
Just saying.....

Ooh, I have a relevant question. Did you meet with Judge Dorsey at 10:30 and ask her to put out those warrants? Obviously she won't be your judge at the hearing. Post #8.

you could simply withdraw until the process is complete; but what is happening is that you are making frequent posts about all that is transpiring while at the same time refusing to post ordinary pieces of proof such as the demand letter receipt.
Did I call it or what? :roll eyes:

Chris, he is just going to prance around making accusations and lying about what is going on, and when approached with a relevant question he isn't going to pony up any evidence.
At least this thread is getting the word out as to the kind of nightmare he is to deal with. I feel sorry for the kid pictured in his avatar.

I was just wondering how he came up with being out over ten grand. I would imagine that the only way he could even sue for the 6,000 he spent is if he had already sent the turtles back. Filing fees around 150 for small claims (times two?). Not that knowledgeable on plane fare, but can't imagine it's close to two grand. FWIW, Judge Judy would have covered all the expenses.

Andrew, do you have the full text conversation between and Mr. Sqeekyclean? If so, maybe you could post it here, unless of course it incriminates you both.
