Dennis, when you discovered the pics were not his his answer to you would have said alot about him and his intentions. if he shipped to you first all you would have to have done was open the box, looks things over and if you did not like what he sent...return it. but the fact he offered to ship first leads me to believe he is on the up and up. there can be many reasons for him not being able to take pics of his own.

You are not suppose to use someone else's photos to represent your animal. Why are you defending this guy? Are you saying it would be better for the OP to go through the hassle of finding out the animal he receives is not as represented and sending the animal back? No, don't blame the OP. Blame the guy who misrepresented the animals.

I don't know that anybody thinks you're lying; but, to be honest, trying to follow the posts in this thread - between yours and Lance's - has given me a headache.

Who is Rob? It looks like, in the beginning, Juante refers to Lance as Rob.
Anyway, although I don't know why I gave the effort, I got quite a headache trying to decipher the run-on texts, especially without there being any notation of who was saying what, but, right or wrong, this is what I gathered from it:

#1) Juante wanted a pic, of the Crystal male (that Lance alleges to have), with his name written, on a piece of paper, next to the Crystal. However, although Lance said he would send one, he failed to do so.
#2) Despite not receiving the pic, of the Crystal male (& name on paper), Juante decided to go through with the trade anyway.
#3) It looks like Lance also asked if Juante had an extra thermo, &/or humidity, reader that Juante could throw in. Lance also stated that, to show he really is a good person, that he could make a deal on an Ivory or Lesser.
#4) Juante states that he trusts him (Lance). Also, that once the trade (original trade) goes through, and Lance is happy, that Lance could send the Ivory or Lesser OR that they could still make a deal on a VPI Spider that Juante knows Lance is wanting.
#5) Lance is supposed to send a male Crystal and female Mojave (approx. 1100 grams) to Juante. Juante states he wants them to arrive before the weekend.
-Juante is supposed to ship out an Enchi, and a Bling Pastel Yb, (I believe both are males(?)) to Lance. Juante also states that he will be sending two thermostats along with the snakes that he ships to Lance.
-There are more snakes, in the deal, but those snakes would be shipped on Monday.
#6) Lance asks if they (he & Juante) are just going to wait, until Monday, to ship. Juante said "no" and that he was shipping today (whatever day "today" was although I am assuming it was Thursday(?)). So, Lance was supposed to ship that day as well.
#7) It appears Juante placed both snakes in the same bag. He ships, to Lance, via USPS (violating regulations/USPS policy). Also gives a tracking number.
#8) Lance stated he would be shipping via FedEx. Also, a Pied was, allegedly, added to what Lance was shipping out, to Juante, that day.
#9) A problem arose (Lance was working(?)). So, Lance stated that his wife would be shipping out the snakes instead of him.
#10) Lance asked Juante that, since both males are being shipped in same bag, can the two males live together. Juante stated "no".
#11) More talk of trading "a, b, c" for "x, y, z".
#12) Juante never gets a tracking number and is upset/worried over it. Fearing that he may have been scammed. Especially since he had snakes stolen, from him, before.
#13) Lance states that he will get the tracking number from wife (referring to his wife in derogatory terms).
#14) Lance never sends the tracking number. So, Juante is getting more worried and attempts to contact Lance. Lance does not respond but, eventually, Lance's wife responds (stating that Lance had forgotten his phone and that she is replying to be nice).
#15) Juante tries to get the tracking number from Lance's wife. However, she states that she does not have the tracking number but would call to see what the problem was.
#16) Lance's wife fails to come through on info and, of course, tracking number.
#17) Juante is upset and texting Lance about how Lance received Juante's package but Juante has not received anything from Lance. Also, talk about filing a police report and, I believe, posting their texts on the BOI(?), etc., etc.
#18) Lance requests more time because FedEx will not tell him anything about what happened to the package he sent to Juante. That he is furious, about it, and also states how this was not supposed to happen.
#19) Juante states that FedEx said that there were no packages scheduled to be sent to him (Juante) and that he would be posting their (Lance & Juante's) texts.
#20) Lance states "whatever" and that he thinks Juante is the one who scammed him because the Enchi is not an Enchi. Also, that this is the reason he has sent the package back to Juante but that "oh well it wasn't over night".
#21) Juante states "Lol not an Enchi..good thing I have same pics of your name next to them and all but I never bad mouth you like that,,but no hard feelings enjoy those 2".
#22) Lance states "They be to u soon trust"

So, at this point, who knows what really happened or is going to happen (re. packages, etc.). Also, whether the Enchi was really an Enchi, or not (without pics).
Although, I have to say that Lance, especially, isn't looking too good right now.
