The Post Master in Mississippi told me that it will be weeks before I get that money order back.. He did not really give me any good reason why it would take that long.

I also hit up my post office like I said, and They told me the Money Order was already cashed? So niether story pans out for me. Jerry e-mailed me and said-- wich I quote '' Hey man... After getting many emails saying that I am a scammer and just being down right rude to me I am just refunding everyones money that has sent funds and keeping the snakes for now, maybe do a local deal or something.... I have gotten multiple emails saying your snakes are way underpriced and pretty much getting cursed out because of it.... Im sorry for the trouble and will refuse the check when it shows up so it goes right back to you.... or you can cancel it and I will even be willing to pay the fees your incure because of the cancellation. Sorry but I just cant do this crap with these people on fauna.... I have been told that kingsnake.com is a good and legitimate place to sell ball pythons so look for the ads on there and the animals will be priced accordinly so I dont have to hear any more of this BS. Once again I am sorry and you will get your money back in full just let me know how you would like me to go about it.''

So, I know I said hell ya its easy to get your money back from the post office.. Well, I seem to have put my foot in my mouth on that one.. I guess when someone actually cashes the money order -- YOU DONT get your money back..

I also realize that after he sent me that e-mail on October 21st, I decided to be a lil more demanding with him.. I have sent at least 10 e-mails to him since this e-mail to me. and never ever heard back.. But he is missing and Michael came out of the wood work, just about the same time as Jerry went missing

Anyhow, Lessoned learn on my part... Sucks to lose money - regardless of how much.. But again, I will only buy from ''Well knowns'' from now on..

Deborah -- I will be watching for your adds..

Oh and again, my bad for calling dude a TURD BALL.. I guess thats best saved for when he and I meet face to face.

You must have been replying while I was asking my questions. Thanks for clearing that up. I did "lol" at the "turd ball" part now that I understand what actually went on.

Ack, that sucks. So much for the never ripped anyone off part people are claiming. (As if that makes the rest of it somehow go away?) And I have a feeling that entire group of animals was sold several times over but since people were able to stop checks they don't feel like they need to post about it any further. Just because he was stopped in his tracks on that scam for the most part, doesn't make him innocent.

I wouldn't put MY rep on the line for this con artist, that's for sure.

It's been a while since I tried to cancel a money order, but I believe I was told that I had to wait 30 days to cancel it...in case it got cashed (isn't the point of canceling it so it doesn't get cashed??). If it was, in fact, cashed, that changes the whole picture. I'd be getting confirmation of payment & who signed for it, then proceeding with the legal route.

yes Mr. Moore, That is how I plan on going forth. If his old lady / Fiancee cashed the money order then, YES i am gonna press forward and do my best to get my money back and get ''her'' locked up.

I actually thought Michael/Jerry whomever I was in contact with via text was a legit cat.

I guess I will be holding back on any interest of doing a transaction(s) for now. Actually respectfully declined a business transaction with the guy.

IMO I'm neutral until further notice.

I have a question genefreak. You seem to know about IP faking. Have much experience with this? Why would someone normally even wish to fake an IP?
All that aside, coincidences can add up, but to a point it becomes rediculous, there remains only one explanation.

I noticed the new coins. Good for you. Now stop parading a single transaction that goes well, and quietly do maybe say, 6 years of solid transactions. Then you may regain some respect.

wow this thread is just AMAZING......... I cant believe people actually argue over the computer. I am pretty shocked but I am planning on doing a transaction with genefreak339 and all of this info is overwhelming. I should be receiving a female black pastel from him on tuesday hopefully I pray I have been trying to get one of those female black pastels every since the first day they were posted and I think I will finally get one happy joy (however at first I was offering a trade) He has given me the opportunity to receive the animal before making payment like his thread says. I told him I do not get paid until friday and that I will send the money friday at midnight PST and he has agreed to that which is very nice considering that I really wanted one and he is willing to help me out and wait until I get paid. If this transaction goes through with him I will most definitely do business with him again. Im just extremely happy that I am finally getting my female blakc pastel I have been trying to add to my collection for the past 2 months Im like a kid on Christmas
I just really hope everything goes through smoothly...... but he has not given me any reason to believe it wont so Im sure everything will be fine
