    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Scott @ CV Exotics gets JAIL TIME!

Well, Josh the guy that stole the snake gave into his less than perfect nature when he was told by Scott that he would buy SELECT Ball Pythons from him if he "happened" to have any or could get them. He saw a way to make a dishonest buck and did it.


He stole the snake and sold it to Scott.

I am not remotely happy about it or the fact that we had to sift through quite a bit of NERD's video tape to unravel what happened to the snake. I was rather surprised to see who had taken he snake.

When confronted Josh admitted he took the snake and sold it to Scott. The day we confronted him was the day that he came BACK to get MORE!!! Scott told him I want MORE LIKE THIS!!!!

Scott wanted to get these snakes so he could BREED them and stick it to me! He was very excited about this fact and seems to have a serious Bee in his Bonnet to show me up. He manipulates people like a puppet master and seems to live on taking advantage of others. He is Malicious and underhanded.

Josh admitted his wrong doing, I can forgive this. Scott has denied from day one that he knew anything, did anything wrong and is just a helpless victim in all of this. He wasted four days of Court time and lots of Police and DA time. He never gave up anything, he twisted the case as much as he could and accused me of setting him up to put him out of business. Ummmmm..... I sent a unqualified person to his store with one of my prized snakes in hopes that he would buy it so we could "try" to get police to care and get a Search Warrant? Hope that it was still there? Hope that I would win in Court, waste a HUGE amount of time and energy to do so? Hope that the snake was still alive and recovered?

No, I am many things but I am not quite this MENTAL!!!!

Scott did not provide a SINGLE witness on his behalf. Not even his Father testified in Court although he was present for the entire sale and arrival of my snake into his store.

Why? Why did he not even have ANYONE that could testify his innocence?

Because, there was no one. Not even Scott himself would testify.

He is a Ball Python breeder that uses LIES as his best tool. Simple but REALITY!

The Court new he was lying, said he could say what he wanted but he was found Guilty in 30 minutes without question once the Jury was ready with all of the facts. A "regular" person could see the extreme difference between a Bumble Bee Ball Python and an Axanthic Killer Bee. There were people on the stand that knew Scott knew what it was and was OVERJOYED with his new snake, they testified to this exact FACT.

I was accused of bribing these witnesses with snakes, money and it appears DRUGS in return for their testimony. These witnesses were being asked while on the stand if they were at Scott's store doing drug deals, what this has to do with reality is beyond my understanding. I was asked isn't it true that I bribed this person and that for their testimony. Isn't it true I set up Scott to put him out of business? All of these tactics are not ones of an innocent party, they were trying to twist the facts and discredit everyone that spoke facts that would hurts Scott's case.

The Court knew he was a liar and continued to lie to the very end....and beyond. Apparently I have been terrorizing his family and they are going to fill out police reports. His sister is claiming that I raped her when she was 11 years old.

This is one hell of a Rotten Family Tree!

And of course, the Appeal. The Court deemed one to be FRIVOLOUS!!!

Yes, there is quite a bit going on here and this is just part of it.

I can understand being more reasonable with Josh as he admited to you that Yes he took the Bp and even told you who he sold it too... Without a doubt Im sure Scott knew excatly what morph the Bp was.... Im Glad you got the Axanthic Killer Bee back...

But with Josh and the Employee he was dating (Did she know of what had happened?) that would of been a major trust violation with me and well they'd both be banned from My facility.. Even if she did and said she didnt it be a road to take to unravel it all and even more BS to deal with without a doubt...

And the way your speaking Kevin Im sure you havent seen nor heard the last from Scott as Im sure he's plotting something to try and drag your name through the dirt a little more Sorry you had/have to go through this BS

She no longer works for me, she seemed nice but I FAIL at reading though people it seems!

IT's sadly "funny" we had another girl working for me that was stealing snakes and she revealed that she was "hooking" up Scott with snakes(trades). When we went to her house we found easily more than $25K in snakes that she stole...

She was famous for leaving live rats in with my snakes and getting them eaten! To look at her you would have said, "NO WAY"!!!".

Live suffer learn, repeat, suffer, learn, struggle, repeat, cry whine, suffer repeat learn....then die I suppose!

For those lacking legal knowledge, if I tell you your ass is going to face 10 years in jail and face a felony charge. Oh that is virtually a guranteed plea bargin to find the real criminal.

Example 2:
If I send a hit man to off your whole family, am I not guilty of murder or as a guilty as the person who carried the hit out. Hell you could even say I coerced this person to commit the crime. All parties are guilty !!! Like the Evil Morph God has stated already in the end a waste of court time !!!

All of the above, in addition to the whole story in general, makes me physically ill. I side with the person who felt guilty when they accidentally took a pen home, I cannot begin to imagine doing those things! :ack2:

I feel for you, that you had to go through all of this. What a nightmare. That poor snake too, if those people are like that in personality, I can't imagine they care too much for the well-being of animals either.
 
The Union Leader in which this story came from purposely holds back some of the story on the online version so it forces you to go out and buy the paper or subscribe to the online service...

Looked really good when it was on the Sunday night news, still just as amazing as the 1st time I saw him with a good deal more weight ...

The snake is back at NERD - I took a picture of it in October when I was visiting. She looks great!
 
We're all glad to hear the snake is back in safe hands, and that we don't have ANOTHER victim.

I'm probably not capable of understanding how much this kind of breach of trust has hurt Kevin and his company. Things like this can make you lose faith in humanity (or at least in the hobby).

Kevin, don't let a mis-judgement of character steer your wrong, there are lots of good people in this hobby too!
 
Yes, the snake is well......

A bit picky of an eater once she found out she was a big deal.....

Funny how everyone things us "big" breeders are rich and don't struggle like the rest...

I assure you I do STRUGGLE and all thievery hurts more than you can imagine...the amount of energy it takes to unravel some mysteries is silly. Of course, many things happen without an explanation too. That just kills me....

This thread is about the stolen snake and the parties involved. I'm not sure about the issue you have with NERD, but I know that "fake hets" have NOTHING to do with the conversation at hand. That said...if you truly have a problem, make your own thread in the BOI, or add to one that's already been started. I'm just sayin'...
 
I do not know where you are coming from but i have bought numerous hets from Kevin and never had one not prove out. sounds like you have a little issue with Him or maybe friends with the convicted, either way if you are unhappy with him start another BOI thread.
 
Where should I begin......Jason and Jon can you help me out???? I'm pretty sure there's things that haven't quite been said here. not sure if there true though, but i"m sure heard them from you two. like a week or so before you turned rat you where sitting wit kevin and dan bilodeau at nerd and dan bilodeau made you a offer of any snake in the room knowing it came from kevin and wasn't that same dan bilodeau you guys told someone should rob his house for his snakes and that someone was told just how to do it......"Now i know how you gays role, don't come around these parts". what about how jon was BUGGING someone to met wit cindy and dan one sat. for a "breeders meeting, really a witch hunt" and was drinking and talking S*#t bout scott the whole time and then jon all buzzed out said that scott wanting to kill the snake rather then give it back and the weeks leading up to that, jon was all bent up about scott not letting him do rats anymore, not selling him a "bee" that he wanted and couldn't stop sh*#tting on him.....let me gather myself and i'll have more to say.
