    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

WOW I had no idea he did that! Thanks! He obviously is a complete moron and can not read. It states that the males mom was 8'! Not the ones we are selling. Breedable means they are at the corect age/size to be bred, I in no way stated that they were a PROVEN pair. Now with the anery I have paperwork that backs them up and for some reason if they do not prove then that paperwork will back it up and that company that they originally came from will handle that. I highly question that because they came from a very good company, it was them that miss sexed them and the other party did not re verify but the genetics are represented and stood behind. Well I went back and linked all of his replies back to this thread. I have to admit his coments made me laugh! He obviously just can not read. On one of the comments he made I had already sold the baby boa we had for $150 and we only had one available at that price and we sold him about a month ago and was the very first to sell so it would have been really hard for me to tell his ghost of a friend that we still had that very same one available. That one was not even pictured in any of the adds and he would have not even have been able to discrible it!

I dont think it is common in the states to have CB african rocks much less nice ones. I try to call you all the time and you hang the phone up on me. Since this was a COD (? - correct me if I am wrong) and he wrote the check upon receipt, it is conceivable that he then opened the box, was unhappy, and stopped payment the same day. But where's your proof Mr Sanchez?

Well Terrance (Terry) if we just have ones word to rely on in such a dispute. Then your out of luck. This brings us back to the first part of this thread and how important your actions reflect on the ability to trust your statements.

That “little lie” about changing your ad and trying to discredit Stephen has really opened the floodgates here. Your word is no good so you will need a mountain of evidence to backup any claim you make for now on.

My opinion:

Terry - your replies have been extremely unprofessional and immature. Professional business owners attempt to remain civilized no matter what kind of attitude is presented to them. I know I wouldn't do business with you after reading your replies, and I bet a whole mess of people (regardless if they believe your side of the story or not) would not do business as well simply because of your words.

Remember that this thread will be around for a very long time. Regardless of which person is telling a more truthful story, your words paint you as very quick-tempered, angry, and quick to deal out offensive insults. Unfortunately when doing business you have to sometimes swallow your emotions.

Remember also that many people read these threads but do not post. You might feel that a lot of "losers with nothing better to do" read and post on this forum, but there are a heck of a lot of people who occassionally read it to actually check potential sellers to see if they have ever had unhappy customers. It's those people you should be concerned about, those people you might want to think about when composing your thoughts into posts.

My offer to settle was 350 not 200. You slap my offer with that. pff. I will take all of it now. All 420.95 and then some when I sue you, then you get to go to jail for check fraud and theft by check and theft by deception. I was just trying to ease things up for you. My lawyer has talked to you twice that I know of and you know he told me that you said that you needed to get a lawyer. Well you should. BTW, I know this isnt good publicity so stop the act. You are going to loose the little business that you might actually get. This reptile world isnt big.¨ Word gets around quickly.

I know that all my snakes are in tip top shape and feed 1-2 times weekly and well maintained!! unlike other out there.

I dump $ 400.00 a week on food alone for my snakes. I also clean my cages 2 times a week.

So many people out there that have bout snakes from me are very happy with the health or my snakes.

If they are so bad why would you pay for them now. Something funny is going on. I smell BS and its coming from California in the Burbank area. Seriously if the snakes were so bad why would you be willing to pay for them now. If they all died like you said they did why would you fell obligated to pay now. Just does not make any sense at all.
