Alternately instead of calling Steph a liar he could have just said he made a mistake when he entered the price thereby refuting her claim, settling the misunderstanding, and the topic would have ended on page 1.
Seems you had your butts handed to you ... hehe ... hehehehehe ....

Spitfire said:I'll get more info on "Scott" for you in after the holiday but he is a scammer and Liar. He told me he'd ship FedEX and shipped a 5.5 ft python via USPS. He voilated the Lacey act and I would not recieve the package to to implication of receipt of illegally shipping live reptiles. She snake was returned to him dead supposedly but aftr he stated he would provde pics of the dead snake, the later recanted that deal. throughout the entire ordeal, he was direspecting me, calling me names, threatening me, etc.
This guy is one of the most unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with. Like I said, I will provide even more details and proof after the holiday. Oh, and he has yet to refund me my money. Considering he lied to me and misrepresented his business practices, he should refund my moneyno matter what the outcome.
Be back soon!
Sounds like you aren't so squeaky clean are ya, Scott? I mean Terry or whatever you decided your name is for whatever deal you make with folks.
I knew some crap on Terry would float to the surface eventually. It's just oo bad it din't come up before I completed my transaction(more like a money giveaway) with him.
Avoid this piece of work like the Plague.

He did address Yasser's complaint and dug his own grave there. More on that in a bit.The legality is that it is a felony to knowingly participate in shipping or receiving a snake via USPS. Had Yasser accepted the package or even informed the Postal Service that it was a snake in there, both he and the shipper could well have been indicted under the Lacey Act. Sorry, but I would have done the same thing that Yasser did.kmurphy said:While I do think that Scott is a liar, Yasser shouldn't have played games with a live animal. IMO. I don't profess to know the legal ramifications of being on the receiving end of a USPS illegal live shipment, but I probably would have taken my chances. I believe Yasser could have shown he expected the shipment to come via another method. At the very least he could have been more proactive in saving the snake's life by informing the post office that this was a live animal and needed to be taken care of immediately.

Terry,
The Fed Ex delivery truck came but there was no package from you. Where's my tracking number?
What is going on? Maybe I am jumping the gun, but you are leaving me with a very bad feeling about this. I have called you several times today with no answer and no call returned.
If I do not hear back from you by the end of today, I will be contacting your local police dept. and the FBI Internet Fraud division as well as the BBB. I also will be making a post on the Fauna Board of Inquiry with all of our correspondences. Even if the snake does show up at this point I won't accept it, I am very upset at how you have chosen to deal (or not deal) with me.
Get back to me ASAP.

Lol, looks like you need to find some more material. That is the same thing you stated to me.----- Original Message -----

Dennis Hultman said:Personally, I would have accepted the snake rather than have it die but since it was in transit for two days prior to arrival the first time, it could have already been dead.
Mr. Sanchez
Thank you for providing the tracking number and the emails. What you have done is prove is prove that you shipped illegally. From the post office

It not only proves that you shipped by the post office but your package didn’t arrive to him, the first time FOR TWO WHOLE DAYS.
It’s a federal offense to ship snakes through the post office.
