I'll get more info on "Scott" for you in after the holiday but he is a scammer and Liar. He told me he'd ship FedEX and shipped a 5.5 ft python via USPS. He voilated the Lacey act and I would not recieve the package to to implication of receipt of illegally shipping live reptiles. She snake was returned to him dead supposedly but aftr he stated he would provde pics of the dead snake, the later recanted that deal. throughout the entire ordeal, he was direspecting me, calling me names, threatening me, etc.
This guy is one of the most unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with. Like I said, I will provide even more details and proof after the holiday. Oh, and he has yet to refund me my money. Considering he lied to me and misrepresented his business practices, he should refund my moneyno matter what the outcome.

Naysayers please save the "they don't do anything" because while that may sometimes be the case, I have specific knowledge of where they have followed their "three unresolved complaint" rule and suspended accounts. Mention this thread. Losing a KS account can be painful.

He denied the package 3 times purposley and knew the shipping company was g0ing to put a hold on it 5 Days after the 3rd day he denied it. Then it takes 10 buisness days to get back to me. Total of 1 month 1 week till I recieved it back. I have all tracking #'s to prove it!!!

Yasser I told you if you oped the package and was not happy with it I would refund your money but you failed to do so. You deneid the package because I did not give you the tracking # fast enough you said *Quote the E-mail.
I spoke to you 7pm at night and you emailed me threats at 11am the next morning making threats because I did not respond fast enough. 8 hrs later he makes threats and tells me he is not going to accept it and will reject it ever time it comes. He had the tracking # within 14 hr after I shipped it.

While I do think that Scott is a liar, Yasser shouldn't have played games with a live animal. IMO. I don't profess to know the legal ramifications of being on the receiving end of a USPS illegal live shipment, but I probably would have taken my chances. I believe Yasser could have shown he expected the shipment to come via another method. At the very least he could have been more proactive in saving the snake's life by informing the post office that this was a live animal and needed to be taken care of immediately.

Well Scotty is at it again. He had time early this morning to post some ads but not to tell us about the name discrepancy. He did address Yasser's complaint and dug his own grave there. More on that in a bit.

Anyway, his two ads are for a nice looking albino boa (should I mention that I wonder if he really will ship it to anyone?) and some alleged hets. I say alleged for two reasons. First, we've established that Terry Scott Sanchez aka Terry Scott aka [email protected] and being truthful are a contradiction in terms. Second, the pictures trouble me. I'm going to post three screen shots. Hopefully they come in order. The first is the add for the albino boa at http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_classifieds/showproduct.php?product=23390. Looks nice. The second, from http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/pp_classifieds/showproduct.php?product=23389 is a litter of alleged hets. The last is a litter of the same alleged hets with some albinos. Notice that all are alleged to have been "Born: 6/1/06" in both ads so the implication from that and the group photo is that it's one litter with some albinos and some possible hets. Again, the implication would be that the litter was produced by two hets given that the non-albinos are listed as "66% Het Albino". Does anyone else think that picture of the group with the visual morphs and the "hets" is a bit unusual? Do the albino boas all look to be substantially larger than the others?

If I were in the market for such "possible" hets, and I speak only for myself, that photo would raise all kind of red flags just by itself. Knowing what I know...well I (and again I speak only for myself) would think those were as likely to be hets as any ball python bought from Chris Johnson or Carolina Reptile Exchange. But hey, that's just me.

Now the last attachment is a screen shot from usps.com which proves Yasser's point that the snake was shipped illegally via USPS.

The legality is that it is a felony to knowingly participate in shipping or receiving a snake via USPS. Had Yasser accepted the package or even informed the Postal Service that it was a snake in there, both he and the shipper could well have been indicted under the Lacey Act. Sorry, but I would have done the same thing that Yasser did.

Yasser stated that the snake was said to be coming by FedEx. It arrived two days in transit by the USPS instead. Only any idiot ships a snake two-day.
