Scott, I have not done anything for you to legally come after me! I simply agree with everyone else on here that people should be warned about your business practices all from what I have concluded from reading on this thread. That is my right I do believe and that is why this forum is here am I not correct. If you choose to call back we will have no option to turn you into the police for harassment. If you do not like what is written here do not respond back and just let it go, it's really that simple.

For all others post your replies here, I do not need to be bothered by callers ranting that he has ripped you off as well or how upset you are about this thread, I can not do anything for you. You need to take that up with him.

This thread has gotten way out of hand for me to be receiving threatning calls from who ever when I have done absolutly nothing wrong.

Hey Terry, not sure if you know, but as a complainant (plaintiff), the burden is on YOU and your lawyer to prove what you claim.

Talk to your lawyer. Many others who have been complained about on the BOI have threatened such action. Unfortunately, as soon as your lawyer looks at YOUR unprofessional behavior here, more than likely they will advise against pursuing any sort of lawsuit.

Plus, depending on what sort of claim you file, if you can convince a lawyer that it would be worthwhile to pursue, The Reptile House wouldn't necessarily need to obtain a lawyer, they could probably represent themselves at such a civil hearing.

Besides, you just stated on a public forum that you are pursuing this lawsuit FRIVOLOUSLY, to cause financial distress to The Reptile House. If the lawsuit didn't pan out, you would probably be forced to pay not only your lawyer fees, but the court's cost and any lawyer fees incurred by The Reptile House, or compensation for lost business time you cause them in pursuit of such a frivolous suit.

Keep on digging that hole! You'll get to China soon.

Shanell, you can take any and all threats from Terry Scott Sanchez (aka The Liar), write them on a roll of toilet paper, and then see that it gets its proper attention. He doesn't have a clue about the legal system, slander, libel, etc. He is both laughable and pathetic in his threats. Even an attorney would laugh him out of his office ... for a fee, of course. If you do get another call, do that "star 66" thing or whatever it is, and immediately report it as harassment to the police. This guy is so full of crap, he wears a hat with a toilet paper dispenser on the front. I really enjoy the legal saber rattling type of scammer for the same reason. They make me laugh.

Just before I left for this brief vacation that I'm on, I did actually prosecute three lawsuits in small claims court. Unfortunately this is something that I do several times a year in my business. Of course I won them all, but that's not the point. The point is that Scotty boy's ignorance is so pathetically blatant that I just have to laugh.

I could see the judge looking at the transcripts of this thead and telling the plaintiff to get his ass out of court before he locked him up himself.
