Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He needs to be baned for good, 3 days is just a slap in the face for the way he threatned me! If that is the way it is going to be then we are highly going to consider not comming back to fauna. Sorry I just highly disagree with that sentence in this perticular matter and I am sure more will agree with me on this as well. Sincerly Shanell.

We can all sympathize with the way you feel about this issue. But you already filed a legal complaint about his threats. Let now the law run its course. By banning him for good from this site you might actually do him a favor. He will continue with his dubious practices away from the spotlights. Letting him back is probably a more effective punishment. He will not resist staying away, and thus dig an even deeper hole with each reply. Just wait and see…

I gave him six points for the threats which doesnt automatically suspend someone. The ban was given by Rich in addition to the warning points.

Shanell, I feel your pain, And I think that a 3 day "Ban" is Ca-Ca.... All that has done was open the flood gates, to other people threatening each other and sitting back laughing and saying " See Ya in 3 days". :rolleyes:

There's always the permanent ban to follow. I am more in line with what Dan said. I'd rather have him around then lurking in the background unseen.

Keep in mind, implied threats have NEVER gotten anyone banned in the past. It was ALWAYS warning points. He got more than the normal this time. ( So I guess Rich and I will probably take a hit for not being consistant too.)
