Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Sean Trotter LST Exotics

I too bought a rack from sean, I just recently ordered it although it is not here yet I must say if the rack is anything like seans customer service I will be super happy, as he has been nothing but awesome and enjoyable on the phone
 
He was nice to me too on the phone after I made the order but then it went down hill as time went by. Good luck with getting your rack in a timely manner.

Update: FedEx did pick up the busted rack yesterday evening and I still don't have a ship date yet for the new one.
 
I ordered a baby rack on October 25...Sean told me my wait time was 2 weeks for the rack.Its been 10 weeks and I have no rack... I also paid extra to have the rack shipped quickly.I emailed Sean on January 4th and have not received a response.Thats been typical the past month..Now I see his site isnt working..My patience is spent....Id love to hear if others are experiencing the same thing that I am with LST EXOTICS..judging by the number of people asking him to contact them on Facebook,it looks like im not the only one having difficulty getting a response.If I do not receive what I paid for within the next week,I will be taking steps toward a refund.

well you said the magic words dispute and refund don't expect a response from sean at all and expect a response from angela that you won't win.
just letting you know what to expect and i was told twice my racks were shipped!!!! not going to be but shipped. then when i disputed the charge i was told that they will stop working on my racks until the dispute is setteled.
how could that be when the racks are shipped. and no responce from him for 3 weeks now and kicked me off his facebook from commenting and asking where my racks are that were shipped.

I Hold out hope that he and I can work it out.I have not asked him for anything other than what I ordered...I really would like to know if there are others that are having difficulty communicating with him at this time.His site being down concerns me as well...I'm not running a smear campaign on Sean or his business.

I wasn't paid, Good Lord, where the heck did that come from? I got a pedestal and 4 cages from Sean and I love them. Which was why I ordered another one.

I'm not sure what you mean by ringer for him, but I'm sure it's not nice and I will be waiting for an apology.
 
His customer service sure can be beat. Still NO correspondence from him or Angela. As I mentioned earlier. Out of frustration for waiting for Sean's cages that still have NOT arrived, I ordered from another builder. I got more tubs for less and they were at my house in 8 days.

Could you PM me or let me know somehow who you got some from that was cheaper than Sean and quicker. I am looking to purchase some cages and I have not found anybody yet that can come close his prices. We are brumating our corns now and I would like to have some cages before we warm them up the first of March
 
I have no explanation from Sean and I have asked repeatedly. Also, I asked for a refund AGAIN after FedEx picked up the broken rack 5 days ago. He won't respond and also he won't say when or if the replacement is being sent. Like I explained to Sean, at this point I want a refund. I had to order racks from another builder who turns out to be great in every aspect and I choose to only deal with them from now on for my future rack needs.

WHO DID YOU GET YOUR RACK FROM? ALSO DID YOU PAY SEAN WITH CC JUST DISPUTE IT FROM THE TIME HE RUNS YOUR CARD HE HAS 30 DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND YOU NEVER RECIEVED IT BECAUSE WHAT HE DID SEND YOU WAS NOT CORRECT AND IT WAS OVER 30 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

There is an open dispute with my CC company. They know that it was received and that it was busted and returned. There is also an open dispute on Paypal. It would be over today if he would just do a charge back but so far he won't. So the time restraints will come into play soon. I will email you privately with the name of the other rack builders as to not violate any forum rules. Last time I mentioned another builder in a thread I go a slap on the hand from the moderator. I sent another request to Sean for a refund this morning BTW.

yea my cc co have given my money back the day after my dispute and they told me the info that was in my last post and please with the rack builder sean really messed me up.

Me too. He inconvenienced me to no end but at least I did find a great rack supplier because of it. It would look a lot better if he would honor my repeated requests for a charge back after all I've been through with the horrible customer service and the busted rack and still no date for a replacement?!?! If he doesn't, it will be even worse for his rep after my cc co. refunds it for me, don't you think?

As I said in email each time and you never post it, as soon as FEDEX makes a decision I can get you information. Right now FEDEX is investigating the box. We provided pictures from the security camera here showing that it was boxed up with no problems. FEDEX is saying there was no external damage on the box so they are deciding what to do. As soon as I get a firm answer on what they decide I can let you know.

As I have said several times we don't offer refunds and since you have a dispute pending you will receive a replacement product. The date of delivery will depend on when FEDEX gets back to me.

Your racks are cheaply and simple to build. They are a one day project if your doing everything yourself. You dragged it on for along period of time and you offer no refunds?

I guess I wouldn't refund garbage either!

Most rack builders don't offer returns or refunds. Calling my racks garbage is just silly, you don't know our product, my staff or me. No reason to make negative posts on something you know nothing about.
 
Actually I went by the photo of your rack that's in this thread. I also looked at your website since this thread sparked my curiosity.

I gave my opinion about your product and the length of your production, From a Carpenter with 18yrs in the trade stand point.

I how ever asked why it took you so long to make such a simple rack.

You might be right about most rack builders not giving a refund, but why do you want to be like those "most" builders?

A refund should have been giving since you couldn't make the rack at the time YOU agreed upon. So do you do this to give the customer no other choice?

It's hard for me to believe that all the damage to the rack came from transport.
Just my opinion again...

How many times are you going to say this? We obviously know about your product (it arrived broken), your staff (sucky service), and you (even worse service, and a terrible attitude to boot).
