Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Am I a fool because you don't agree with me? I am not calling you a liar but is there any proof that he promised you those dates other than what you said. I was not calling you out, I was just speaking from a business point of view. If youwere promised something by a certain date and didn't get it or a timely response as to why then I would be upset as well. But sometimes demands are different that what can be accomplished.

Desert Queen- I was not implying you when I wrote about purchasing animals before having cages. I am sorry if you took offense to that as I didn't mean any.

None taken Andrew. As for myself, I have all emails saved where Sean promised ship date after ship date after ship date.... Enough to make your head spin... mine did!

per sean and i's conversation he told me to put that on the invoice so his employees and he will remember the delivery date. I also have all the e mails to that and when he told me my product was shipped twice. again if it was agreed upon that i would need it by then and he said no problem and if that delivery date would be a problem please let me know i do have snakes being shipped in. if that time frame was not possible don't say thats not a problem and don't accept the money if i was unrealistic. THIS IS NOT A SITUTATION OF I PLACED THE ORDER THEN EXPECTED A QUICK TURN AROUND!!!!! it was agreed upon my origional order and after i added to it.

Thanks Eugene. If he told you and emailed you then yes he should have lived up to his end of the bargain. I am sorry that this has happened and unfortunately I know how it feels to be in your position. I was not attacking you are anyone I was just trying to explain or at least try to help people understand the other end of the spectrum because I have been on that end as well. If promised it would be done than it should have. If it couldn't be done then he should have told you and kept in contact with you as well. i was just trying to say that sometimes people expect more than what can be done. People also take on more than they can handle. When a business does that then good things usually do not happen. Shoddy work or unfinished work is usually the outcome. Sorry about your bad transaction and I hope that you are happy with your current racks and all goes well with your animals.

NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT MY MONEY. I HAVE BEEN READING THE OTHER THREAD THOUGH A LEOPARD DOSENT CHANGE HIS SPOTS. LIKE I SAID BEFORE IF HE JUST I MESSED UP AND I'M SORRY THAT WOULD BE ONE THING BUT TO KEEP LIEING AND LIEING. WELL AT LEAST WE KNOW ITS NOT JUST US.

As a first time customer, I ordered a rack that was promised to be shipped on Nov 21, which was the second time a date was promised due to tubs not coming in on time. It wasn't shipped at that time after the tubs arrived and since then, it has been one excuse after the other. Paypal won't initiate a refund since the rack has not been shipped becasue it's over 45 days of the initial order and Sean knows this. I do have the option still of reporting non delivery to my credit card company and that looks like the road I'm going to have to take. Many more broken promises later, I was promised delivery by Tuesday of last week. the tracking number shows that it hasn't even been picked up! I've sent many emails and have called, but he or his assistant won't respond at all. I've been very patient as this is no way to start a relationship with someone (me) who told him that if I liked his racks that I would be purchasing more. Has anyone dealt with this guy before? All I've gotten so far is lies, broken promises and ignored by LST Exotics. I tried contacting him and his company again today and all I hear are crickets chirping.:angry:

I think with Sean he sometimes bite's off a little more than he can chew and it gets him in a bind. Thats just my opinion. I have talked to several of his customers and found out that he does build a good product and at a reasonable price (so I am told, I live right down the road from him and he won't let me come and look at the product ). My wife wife just wanted to see pictures of his white cages and he would not show her any. But he finally did after a long drawn out discussion on here. Maybe I shouldn't even be posting here cause I have never purchased anything from him, but I have been watching him close for several months now and talking to some of his customers and all in all if you have a little patience with Sean and give him a little time, he is pretty new at this from what I have been told. You will get your product, it might take 3 times longer than what you were told but you will get it. And most importantly don't email him or call him and be disrespectful, he does take it personally. Then you might get poor customer service. So be nice and watch what you say cause Sean does have a good lawyer.

Dude, you are pretty new here. You can't go around calling people names and starting trouble. That is a pretty sure way to either get you points or get you banned. If you have had a bad experience with him, post up your story.

You are right Justin. I think it's been well established here what Sean is and what his business is not. We've seen fraudulent claims, threats, lies, proof of shoddy and damaged products, and he even went so far as to post here under a fraudulent name registered to his "company" in a vain attempt to restore his credentials. Yeah, we know what he is and what he's done to customers that pay good money and expect a good product in a reasonable and/or garaunteeed time frame. It's epic!
 
Hi - in regards to "justgettingeven", that was my boyfriend. I wouldn't really call him fake or anything. He know my story and was standing behind me.

And, as I've stated the only way you get any sort of answer is to get mean with him or you find yourself eternally ignored!

I don't really think he should have been banned, I didn't read what he wrote but it was all about my incident and I just had not posted on Fauna at that point.
 
I don't think so, he did make an account with an alias name but it didn't match the IP so he put in his name and city, etc.

Probably just some mods didn't like it.

Sean told me that the owner of fauna called him and told him I was posting?? hmmm, do they really take time to do that?
