now he and his comrades are taking fun of me and other people on this forum , calling us bitches and idiots. This guy closed his fb page to my comments (please note that I never offended him on his page, I simply asked him to call me back or send me an email because he was 35 days later with the deliver of my order), and take fun and throw sh!t on this page, where he could tell his side of the history without being censured.
In between the people who call us names, there is the one who wrote on my company page and came here and wrote the fake post signed by a fake lawyer. This is a paradox. Someone writes that want see us in face crying on a page where I cannot reply, and has not the value to come here and sign with the real name. The person who wrote on my company fb page, I can understand from her posts, is a snake breeder. At the same time was not ashamed to write on my company fb page that people breeding snakes are time-wasters. Where is dignity, honour and ethic??? may be she put her honesty on sale, lying all over the web, for a 10% discount.
On his page Sean continues to state that what I wrote here is not true.
Let's see in few points:
I have the email where he stated that he would have delivered my racks by the 3rd of January. My order will be, hopefully, completed tomorrow 8th of february. Sean, I'm lying???
I have several emails where everytime he lies me and give me a different delivery date. Sean, I'm lying???
I have an email dated 1/27 where he assure me "The heat tape went out USPS yesterday." That tape was never shipped out. Sean, I'm lying???
You confirmed in an email I have saved that you put 2 plugs on the same tape. Sean, I'm lying???
The first rack I received is not the model I ordered. Sean, I'm lying???
I have pictures of your rack bended at the bottom and with gaps so large that I can fit my fingers. I posted the pictures in the first post. Sean, I'm lying???
Tubes you sent me have no holes. Sean I'm lying???
I have not received the hides and the water bowls. Sean I'm lying???
If I ever will receive the missing items, I have to fix by myself the rack, Sean, I'm lying???
I asked several times for a refund, and Sean never accepted. Sean, I'm lying???
Come here and please, please explain where I lied. Please come here and face the truth. you are offending me accusing me to be a liar. But I have everything to prove that you are lying, not me. Why you write only on your fb page? where only you decide what can be published and cancel always what you don't like (ah, where you find the time to do that??? you cancel a lot of posts but you don't have time to call back your customers!!!!).
The pictures of the racks for the customer in NY should be the pictures of my rack.
I tell the truth, I really like them, they are very very beautiful. Probably will be also well built. Sean told me that he has built them personally, after all what happened I'm pretty sure he did, and in any case will be difficult they will have gaps so big to let midsize colubrids to escape.
But look the heating elements. Now look my first post here. If the rack in the pictures are mine, he built them with back heat. In my order I asked for belly heat. As usually Sean ships what he wants, when he wants. Not what the customer wants, when they agreed to have the racks delivered.
now I'm sure that his supporters will tell me that is not a big problem, and I should be happy because what he is sending me it's worth $1050. And with all the customization will be worth I don't know, $300 more
If one of this supporters like so much LST racks, I will sell all 3 the racks at the same price I paid for them + shipping rates with my company fedex rates (please note that my company ships with fedex A LOT, and our rates are about 50% of regular rates, so you will save also on shipping). Or if they live in the area they can come to pickup so no shipping cost. I will add also the ranco Sean sent me for the burnt herpstat, and if EVER Sean will send me the $75 or $150 or whatever he wants of refund (as he told me he would do), I will discount from the cost of the rack also the Sean refund
So guys, if you really likes the LST racks you cannot miss this deal. If no one will take the racks, means that you don't really like them.
In the last 24 hours, since I wrote this post, I have been contacted from 4 people that are more or less in my situation. they don't make it public because they fear that after Sean will not fulfill their orders. If Sean wants to sue me also for this mine statement, he can do, as usual I have the message I received saved.
I'm sure that Sean will not have problems anymore on the search engines with the new name. If someone look for LST plastics on google, this thread is on the first page!!!
Tomorrow I will update the thread, and I will let you know if with the racks I will receive tomorrow there will be also all the missing items he told he would have sent to me
