Here is the end of my deal with Sean Trotter and LST Plastics.
After all what happened, the lies, the threats and everything,
I decided to investigate a little bit more. If you read the thread, you see that a "customer" or a "friend" of Sean posted bad things on my company page, and threats on her facebook page. Now her fb page has been cancelled, so I feel free to post her name and her face.

What Sean told me is that after he discovered what she did he cancelled her order (yeahhh because she get really excited on the LST Exotics facebook page and ordered 6 racks as mine) and reported her to facebook that cancelled her account.
But here what I discovered.
Marie Bertollo was working for the "model" agency where Sean wife (or sister) is a CEO.

but look who is working for Lindsay: at the bottom there is the company of Lindsay and the name of marie bertollo!!!
Now I decided don't to post all this stuff because Sean cancelled the bertollo profile from facebook (who knows, maybe he or Lindsay used the ALIAS Marie Bertollo, we will never know!) and because he started to try to works with me to conclude this disastrous deal.
He shipped the missing racks and the sheets to close the gaps in the hatchling rack, and look the youtube video to see what I received on 10 February (sorry for the music, I used something fun, there was too much noise on the original video and maybe I didn't use appropriate language, I was a little upset )

The 2 new racks have been build by him personally, and he was excited to know my thoughts about them. The problem is that not only he is a big fat liar, he doesn't even have idea of what he is doing and what is a good job.
One of the rack has the arboreal tub that doesn't slide at all (also the other one doesn't slide fine, is just not so bad), and in 1 shelf there is a gap, snakes cannot go out, but can hurt themselves trying to escape
The other rack in not built at level, I think he inverted the right sheet upside down. the right bottom edge doesn't' touch the floor, is about half incher higher, and the top right edge is about half inch higher than the top left edge .
The sheets he sent me to close the gaps in the hatchlings rack are too big. he cut them exactly the same size of the sheets already used for the rack, but forgot that the sheets in the rack enter in the side walls, so at the end are not usable. If he is not able to figure out how to cut a simple sheet, I don't know how he can build racks
When I wrote to Sean, here is what he offered:
1) Cut new shelf shims
2) Cut a full shelf to go under the rack so the bottom sagging shelf does not sag anymore. That will also help support all the rest of the shelves.
3) Send you 30 tubs with holes, you keep the current tubs.
4) Refund you $75.
5) We will pay the shipping to get all of this to you.
I asked also for the hides that he offered on sale on his facebook page (usually he offers refund, special prices and stuff for free, and you will never see it)
He is a very good liar. After several lies he told me I decided not to post anymore here, because I believed again he was trying to work out the things. After 2 weeks I received the other crappy racks, he sent me only 13 hatchlings tube with holes.
So after 9 weeks I paid for my order:
I have 3 racks, one crappier than the other (and how crazy can be, I feel lucky to have them)
I don't have the sheets to close the gaps
I miss the hides
I'm missing the refund
I'm missing 17 tubes with holes.
He lied me tens of times (all the lied are saved)
I received threats from his wife employer (or from his alias)
I was almost convinced that he was not so bad, at the end shipped the racks and seem that he was trying to work out the things out, I was thinking that maybe he had too many orders and too much work. What I think now is that he was only trying to take time, so he would be able to scam as more people as possible.
I feel lucky: at the end I received the order, I lost only a couple of hundreds of dollars, and also if the racks are crappy I can try to fix them a little by myself. I fear a lot of people will never see their money back. I thought things like this were possible in Italy, not in USA where I supposed the justice to be faster and more reliable than in my country. But I see that all over the world scammers can do what they want.
With his facebook page he will continue to "sell" racks and steal money to unaware buyers.
If some of us report to facebook that Sean Trotter is using fb to steal money, I'm pretty sure his page will be closed down and maybe someone will save some money. From the other side maybe that people who sent him money will loose any possibility to receive their order or see their money back.
