    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Sean Trotter of LST Exotics Very Dishonest and Liar and Thief

Call the freight company! I did (and of course was told nothing had ever been picked up or dropped off). That was a case where I think Sean got confused in his own lies.
 
Got this one on 2/24/2012,

"Your rack was just handed off to road runner freight and will be at your house on 3/2/12. SEF told me that YRC Freight or Road Runner will call you, insert my cell #, when rack is in your area to arrange the final delivery. It will be on an 18 wheeler."

Still no tracking or any info as to what day he actually sent my rack out..


He should have given you the PRO# for shipping but maybe you can contact Roadrunner customer service and they can find it for you based on your delivery address? just a thought. You'll have to call the location closest to LST. Here's their website, go to the contact us page.

I'm with you, I'll keep this page updated when and if I ever get my racks. I'm not here to bash on Sean, but I am very disappointed with the way he runs his "business". He really needs to get his story straight and his crap put together, or get out of what he's doing before someone really gets mad and worse happens.
 
You guys that have all been screwed need to combine and pursue LEGAL action. This SOB needs shutdown now if not sooner. To bad people are NOT close, then you could have RECOVERY "agent" pay hima visit.
 
I know someone who is close but hasn't made a purchase yet. Sean will now allow anyone in his so called shop. Which I'm beginning to think is his garage.
 
I'm sure of it, the million or whatever $$ machine he claims to have cannot be his. I have the cages and if they were cut on some awesome machine, my cages would look better put together.

They aren't bad by any means but if it was that great precision of a machine, I think they'd look better. The flexwatt that is on my pedestal keeps falling off :( I don't run it, fortunately but none the less, it's annoying that it's not staying on.
 
He sent me an e-mail last night, obviously he saw the post and he offered to still ship the racks (Tuesday at the latest) or refund my money. I told him once again, that if I have them by this coming Friday then thats fine, but if not then I'll go through my card company and get my refund that way. We'll see what happens, I honestly hope this goes smoothly.
 
Finally after I came here and complained, I got my cages. Wasn't pleased at all with some aspects. The hinges were not what should have been used, they don't want to stay in place. I had to file down some of the plexi doors to shut them tight. They could probably use a little work still if I wanted to put more effort in it. I had to drill holes for ventilation b/c this option was not offered/discussed and it didn't occur to me (I'll take blame for that I guess).

Then I order another cage .

I'm not giving you a hard time but just saying how I feel- If I had to come here and make a public complaint in order to receive cages I ordered, and if they were so poorly made that after paying good money for brand new cages, I had to file them in order for their doors to close, I would never order from the same company again.
There are too many companies both large and small competing for cage dollars, I would seriously just look through the BOI to check reputations and go with a company who was not going to give me grief.
 
With his PayPal account not "up", I would seriously wonder about his business practices. I am not saying that using PP is the best/only way, but it sure beats giving someone your CC#.
 
I'm sure PP got shut down b/c of disputes. Why else? I wanted my cage to match my other 4 so I ordered another, I wasn't in a hurry and it just so happened in the meantime, I moved and didn't need to have one more.

I did not get my check today, it had better arrive tomorrow. Coming to Ohio from whichever Carolina he's in.
 
My rack was "supposed" to ship today, guess what, no shipment notification, no tracking #, and no contact from Sean. You figure being the business man he is, he would contact a customer about such matters. Oh well, he's got till Friday to get them to me. Otherwise to the credit card company I go.
 
Ya, and why am I NOT surprised. I can't really go to my cc company since I know he didn't do refunds so I wouldn't demand one in my case. However he's been sitting on my $75 for quite some time since I initially asked for it back.
 
He's been sitting on my $625 for almost three months, when he originally told me my rack would be done at the end of January, I have no proof of this since this was told to me over the phn with the original order. The best thing is he emailed me after reading the posts, he changed it to shipping tmrw at the latest. I'm not betting on that one. He's still posting all over the LST facebook page about the big sale he's having.....I really hope people read this.
 
You only get a response from him when you get irate and go post or make nasty phone calls. Crazy. Wonder if anyone has reported him to the BBB?
 
He's still up and running so I doubt the BBB has been brought in, I dont think he would be doing much business wise if they got word of all the unhappy people. I myself work in the family business, and I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like this business wise, we are all about customer service, accredited by the BBB, and been in business in the same building for almost 30 years. If Sean makes it past 2 years in the rack business I'll be super surprised.
 
I'm a very customer oriented person as well. Sean knows that. He knows it's important. I can't contact them unless my check never shows up, then I will. That's my only dispute right now. I'm hoping the arrangement for someone else to buy my cage works out ok.
 
I just think its ridiculous that we have to go to these lengths to get what we paid for. In my opinion if you cant get what the customer ordered done in the said, then either dont take on the order, or dont lie to them and make up stories of why things are not done yet. Its a simple solution, and people wouldnt be so upset about this. Hell, if he would have given me a realistic date and realistic excuses, I might be willing to wait, but not now. Its gone to far.
