    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Sellers Beware! Ryan Mizzell Dallas TX.

Just received a message from Ryan and he is aware of this Fauna thread. He says it is between he and Tommy and is not anyone else's business. I again encouraged him to come here to and state his side. He said by the way, his attorney got facebook to remove all the posts from all the groups. I am just getting home and have not checked any of the groups.

Tommy didn't seem to think that when he brought the issue here. And we owe Tommy a vote of thanks for doing so. Sellers who read this thread can choose whether they want to risk doing business with Ryan 'Chargeback' Mizell.
 
Yes, I was only letting you know that he is aware of this post. I would never do business with Ryan! I told him again... to come here and state his case or provide a police report. My only involvement in this is that his transaction was posted on one of my groups from facebook. He messaged me and said it was slander and he had a lawyer and for me to take it down or his lawyer would have it removed for me.
 
It does not appear to me that FB has removed any of the threads in question. We have also been accused of tarnishing his position at the Dallas Zoo, so if anyone has means to check that out, it may be helpful. I am told, by him, he is "big in this business."
 
If he in fact works for the Dallas Zoo, I think they deserve to know the kind of person they hired. This is theft in my book. Facebook did remove one of the posts. Violation of community rules. They didn't go any further than that.

Samantha Quinn who owns the house the snake was delivered to (see screen shots, in one of my above posts) mentioned in her FB that a 32 year old son had moved back in.
 
Just went through the invoice originally sent. Samantha Quinn payed for it. Either she's in on it with him, or he is the one who stole her identity. Wow! Some people.

Handling it to extremes? I'd like to know exactly how she would handle a situation in which she was out $209 and the item originally paid for. It's her address it was delivered to and her name on the statement so if she likes it or not she is involved. It's obvious either both are scamming you and others or he used her credit card without permission. Either way it's fraud, and since it was done online and over state lines I believe it becomes a federal offence. If I were you I would take all of the evidence you have to the police. I had a family member use my credit cards on 2 different occasions, the first after the credit card investigated it and got definitive proof it was that family member I canceled the case with the credit card and made them pay it back. The second time I took everything to the police and they were arrested and forced to pay back the money to the card companies and now have felonies on their record. The police take credit card fraud very seriously. If Ryans mom was not involved and her son stole from her she is going to have 2 choices, press charges and let the courts handle it or pay the bills and deal with her son herself.

It will be interesting to see how you fare, since you weren't actually dealing with the registered owner of the account.
