Hello there. I am looking for a new home for my group of Aldabra Tortoises. 2 of them are 21”, 1 is 20.5, and the smallest is 19.5”. I got them at around 4” and since then they was soaked daily, provided an extremely varied diet, they’ve always had the UVA/UVB lighting while inside and was outside anytime weather permitted for the real sun. I had an entire edible landscape back home for them which included flowers, plants, and weeds. They love their hay and tortoise chow as well. I provide them pumpkin a couple times a year for worming, which I’ve never seen any worms or parasites, never had any health issues with any of them. They are all got nice shells, they’re all differently shaped, 2 are very domed and round while 2 are more long and not as domed. They have very little “pyramiding”. 3 of the 4 are super people friendly and the 4th is starting to come around. They love eating out of your hand. They know what dogs and cats are, they’ve been around both since they was little. I got these guys w the mind set that I would have them till I died, that was my plan, I moved to south Florida in order to provide them with a 24/7 outside life but unfortunately due to some family issues I’m having to move back home to help with some sick family members. I don’t really want to part with them guys because I love them very much but I’m going to do they have a better life, one they can live outdoors year round. With this said I am asking that you know how to care for them, you can provide them the space they need, and they are all taking together since they’ve been together. I do know what these tortoises sell for at this size so don’t bother messaging w some ridiculously low offer because I won’t even respond to it but if you are seriously interested and can care for them properly please feel free to message me w an offer. Thanks.
