why is it that since Mike King, MK Reptiles, urbancowboy, and myself according to you are the same person but yet just a few weeks ago at the Daytona Breeders Expo Mike King and myself were both at the show but working different booths. Do I have some secret talent I am not aware of that allows me to split myself into various pieces to allow me to be at different places at the same time???

Ok let me see if I got this right.

He purchased ball pythons from you on the auction, paid for them, you shipped them, he recieved them. Then he tried to send you some other ball pythons back, tried to retract payment, came here, started the thread, and here we are. I'm sorry but that sounds pretty far fetched to me.

The way it looks is, you bought some ball pythons from Tim, and are using that transaction to show you have possible hets, you sent imported babies that don't look too good in the photos, and got called on it. That sounds more realistic.

The other problem I see is you and your son Mr. Biology don't know enough about GENETICS to pull off the other scam you were working on, I'm really wondering if the ball pythons that were pictured in the Het Ivory/Yellow Belly ad are the same as the ones you used in the photo you used for the possible albino het auction. BTW those do look good, if they are really yours.

I would not consider it "wasting my time" by coming here and posting to defend myself if someone was calling me a liar and an unethical reptile dealer, especially if it was not true. The reason it seems like people have made up their minds is because you have NOT responded at all! I told you several times to come here and post your side of the story. Believe what you want to but the people here on Fauna are very fair..JUST PROVE YOUE CASE..

show us emails and show us the pictures that Matt sent you.and tell us the numerous user ID's he uses..all of this can be verified..you said your an ex cop right? then you know all about proving your case have having evidence you support your charges..you can type a post here but it is only "here say"..all we are asking is PLEASE show us proof to support your case..
You should have all that you need with your emails and ReptilBid information..

Just for your own information, there have been FALSE claims against people similar to this where it did prove that the person pointing the finger saying that someone had ripped them off..IN FACT turned out to be full of crap and a liar..

if I post any thing none of you will believe as I said I would be wasting time and does it make a differernce ,no what will make a difference is when he does it again then you will believe. emails could be altered as he did and the pictures he showed are the pictures he emailed me claiming there the animals I sold him.but what you fail to see is his feedback was at 2 me and some one else mine was at 32 positives.so your telling me all the people where lieing 2 .and the lady that sold me 2 snakes they where accusing her two.as I said the future will reveal the truth.I have sold thousands of reptiles and never had a problem until this scammer but it just shows me how easy people get scammed by a scammer like him.the good thing is this dont pay my bills and I dont need this crap dealing with liers and thieves.I just hope he dont rip any one off because I will say told you so.now I am finish with this bull bye.

One thing that can be verified is if Matt is using numerous User ID's as you claim. The administration from this website has the ability to trace IP addresses...Please tell us the user ID's that he is using...
That will lend you credibility.

Lets assume that you are telling the truth and all of everything Matt said was a lie. Lets even assume that Matt hadn't come here with his complaint of you. And lets assume that this thread is about you, which by the way it is.

How is it in less tan 12 hours you personally have exposed a minimum of 3 scammers. I'll name them for you incase you forgot:
Matt Kotowski, MKReptiles, and me 5StarrMorphs. All of which have great names in this community.

I brought to your attention last night, that your ad was incorrect and what you were selling were het ivory sibs and that the sibs were not hets, and thats how I got labeled by you as a scammer. I gave you an opportunity to edit your ad and you jumped all over me with these amazing credentials you have. I also asked you several questions and again here they are:

Did you produce the het ivory sibs, and why are they not pictured along with the het ivories? Instead its a picture of a pastel, and even better yet they are housed in a glass aquarium that looks like it could be pictures of a show .

What genetic markers do your het ivory sibs carry that no one elses carry since you say you will provide pictures of the "markers".

Also where are pictures of the morphs that produced all of the hets and possible hets you are selling?

For those wondering where this post falls into place, it adds stability to Matt's claims and a little more doubt on the person in question. After all this thread is about you.

You also attempted to defend your position on your het ivory sibs that I was out of my mind and my daddy bought my collection and that your sibs were het. I also told you just one of my snakes was worth more than your enntire reptile collection. Rememner those statements? How about me being a drop out in high school and didnt know what biology was about? Then I told you I knew some biology and that is, in the human species, some are tools and some are not. Then you professed to call me a scammer and you and your son had degrees in Biology and I would never understand.

Fact of the matter is, most of your sales are new as is the feedback. When I made a suggestion on your ad to revise, you came unglued and in the same breath called me a scammer. 99.9% of the time, the person yelling "SCAMMER" just happens to be the scammer themselves.

I do not care what you post and the fact that your buyers were blinded by the promise of awesome animals that can't be proven for a few years is the only reason you have good feedback anyway. Just prove to me that you own and produced the Het Ivory Het Sibs you were trying to pass offf to unsuspecting buyers with the promise of producing Ivories. LMAO

Your tone and replies last night solidified in me, that you yourself are the bad seed. I also remember your rude emails about how my animals were priced too high and what I could expect you to pay on my pied. Remember that???

Show me pictures of those markers on the het ivory het sibs so I am no longer in the dark on these ball morphs I know nothing about!!!!

Hello Everyone on this fine forum. Let me introduce myself to those here who do not know me.

My name is Mike King/ owner of MK Reptiles,Inc. here in Massachusetts. It has come to my attention that Sergio Martinez has been slandering my good business name on this forum. I am a respected breeder of Ball Python mutations and have been in business for over 5 years now. It appears that he believes the emails I sent him because of his false advertisement in the Kingsnake classifieds came from Matt Kotowski. Matt Kotowski lives in Massachusetts and also uses Charter Communications for his internet connection but is definitely NOT me. I have tried to email Sergio Martinez on several occasions to let him know that he is incorrect with his less then educated observations. He replies with slander and unprofessionalism. I cannot seem to get him to stop with the postings. I have never misrepresented myself and will never allow anyone to suggest otherwise.


Mr. Martinez please start verifying your allegations before you start stating it as fact. I feel your entire defense in this case is now a mute point!

Sergio, I have a very legitimate question I would like answered. You have the same four snakes for sale on two different websites, but they are labeled as 50% het albino on RetiBid and 66% het on Kingsnake. Why did you advertise them differently?

As a former police officer you sure are crooked. No matter how many different e-mails or names anyone has, you have committed a HUGE lie! This is the biggest bunch of garbage I have seen to date. I have reasons to believe you sent Matt those awful looking imports. Even if he sent you those snakes back that does not explain why you are false advertising!

You can easily be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs because of this. As a former police officer you would not do too well in front of the judge. Also sending different snakes would not help your case. Sucks to finally be caught in your own lies doesn't it!?!

It does not matter what your feedback points are, a used car salesman is a nice guy until after you buy the car. Also why do you hit people with bad feedback if you do not get your money the instant the auction ends? That is garbage and shows your reputation to be going down the tubes. Have you ever considered that a person may be at work or out of town and cannot send you payment instantly. You are garbage if you allow time for payment but tag someone with bad feedback if they do not pay you the second the auction ends.

Oh Dennis darlin... ..you obviously have never met one of "Miami's Finest"...You see, The City Of Miami Police Department does not even require that you speak English, therefore I don't doubt he served for one of the most corupt police departments in the USA..just ask me.. I lived in that hell hole for 34 years..use to be a very nice place until.........
