Well I guess I was a lucky one...I won the auction for one of his pastels bps for 500$. I knew I wasnt going to be home by the end of the auction cause I work most of the day. So when I got back I checked my email and I noticed I had won the auction.....along with 5 emails from him like 20 minute apart from each other. Kind of crazy but he ended giving me negative feedback like 2 hours after auction ended.

What a real piece this guy is! I believe Tim may have sold him some possible het balls, and quite possibly the ones in the photos, BUT what is he actually sending out could be entirely different. He's using Tims name like a BRAND NAME, and Tim sells nice stuff but he bought 4, had an auction for 4, and an ad on KS for 4, thats 8. Email me your pics, I can reduce them.

It's entirely possible that he is doing just that, or possible this is a new bad doer. He also bought some (I love this) "Might Be Possible Het Albinos" from one Tosha McClintock at Reptile Auction. I love that "might be possible". I wonder if those are some of the ones that came from "Raymond Harrison" via "Katie Richardson". I see that oh so experienced Tosha still cannot sex a snake.

This guy sounds like a lunatic that figures he can threaten people into sending him money for poor quality, misrepresented animals.

They just keep coming out of the woodwork.

I hope this gets resolved for you but from the tone of his emails, I doubt he will do naything now that he has your money.

Before you go dragging me into this - yes I sold him those two pictured in my ad- no they did not come from harrison or katie - they came from another breeder all of the appropriate information was provided to Sergio upon his request if he wanted to varify their origins - I disclosed everything possible about the snakes the best I could including scale counts - I do know how to sex snakes thank you - it can be difficult when they've been improperly sexed prior to reaching you tho - Yes - I also wondered why he would purchase two possibles from me and turn around and all of a sudden have 100 of them he's trying to sell - as far as any scam on my part there is none.

Ummm....not really, that is unless you are alleging that they were injured during a prior sexing attempt, which of course you would have disclosed. Otherwise, prior sexing is irrelevant. You sold the snakes as 1.1 or 0.2 indicating that you did not know the sex of at least one of the animals. Thank you very much Tosha.
