I had an amazing transaction with Steve Markevich of Serpents Den. From first contact with him through the follow up. I couldn't have asked for more.
I first saw the ball python I was interested in on his website. I reached out to him for information and he was very quick to respond. He answered all the questions I had for him.
As for shipping, it was perfect. A brand new clean box and styrofoam inserts with the animal carefully placed inside with unprinted newspaper as padding and with the snake in a clean, new bag.
I got the delivery first thing in the morning, and before I even had a chance to reach out to him to thank him and let him know all was good, he contacted me to verify I had received the animal, if it was exactly as described and expected and to see if I had any follow up questions. Im not used to this level of quality customer support.
The ball python was not just as described but better than described. You can tell he was well taken care of. I am excited to have this new breeder in my collection.
