    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Server move happening SOON!

Just got an email that the move is going to begin "shortly". So the site will be shut down prior to him beginning to move the files over to the new server. I probably will not be able to give any more warning than this one.
 
As long as you are aware of the problem AND doing something to fix it, that is the priority for me. Love the site and will be excited when it is "family" friendly to view again.
 
Well apparently the security guy doing my site migration got word of a serious exploit and had to patch all his other clients, so I guess he is still doing that. So "shortly" isn't going to be as short as I had hoped.

Oddly enough I haven't felt like I needed an Excedrin at all today. Maybe I'm finally building up an immunity to stress. :shrug01:

Too bad I'm not getting redirects that show boobies to take my mind off of this server stuff.... Maybe I'll crank up that Borderlands 2 game and shoot things for a while.
 
Should be closing down the site REAL SOON. See you on the other side....

When this all started I read that AFF was paying over a dollar per click to those that redirect to their site.

That is a huge incentive for redirects.
I'm not a computer person, but how is a new server going to help weed out those who want to make money by redirecting? (I'm not really sure how a redirect gets done in the first place).
