    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone,

I bought 5 AFT when they where small, now I'm not sure how to sex them. I have no problem sexing leopard geckos, but it seams that all AFT have protuberant hemipenal bulges.

Any suggestions other than checking their neck size?

They are all about 50g and I can't wait to start breeding them!!

While the females will have slight bulges, they are significantly smaller than the males. I don't have any pictures, but the males, like in leopards, bulges are quite obvious. If all five of your animals seem comparable in size then you may have ended up with five of the same gender (especially if you bought them from the same dealer, they may have been incubated at the same temps). Post some pics if you can.
 
At 50 grams the preanal pores on males should make sexing pretty easy - of course if you have both sexes to compare it's problem solved.
