    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

For the ruthveni group has been almost paid for since last year, ask Randy and there was no time limit given. When I sell ruthveni's he gets about half of what I make thats our agreement besides what I keep back.

Also For Terry and Bob I bought 11-12k worth of snakes paid IT ALL OFF within a few months of purchase several years ago except for 500.00 after a 2k female that was promised to feed never fed and died. Terry and I talked about it a few Daytonas ago and it was settled as far as I am concerned.

So Shannon what about that pair of Tangerine Albino's you paid almost 2k for last year and the other crap you bought while owing these people. It's not just one guy you owe but several, why not sell off those cool snakes and pay people, you won't, you have the cash tied up in animals, but you come 1st..Ole #1...you can settle up and start over but you won't unless it is convienent. So stop spouting excuses, you have had the same excuses for 5 years, something wrong with your family, your biz, your wife etc..always some reason why you won't pay the people you owe.

You are so full of BS...Like you have any clue of our arrangement or what I have sold.
For one no time frame was given, I took them and told Randy it could take 4-5 years to pay him off and I would only pay him from the revenue the babies generated. He was cool with that.
When I recieved them from you they were so skinny they did not breed well the next year, I produced two babies which died. The albino female was toast from the start and I had to buy new albino females to produce 2x hets.
The second year I held most back and sold only a few animals 1/2 of the cash went to Randy
The 3rd year the 2x het female died she never recovered from the emaciated state I received her in from you. I paid Randy almost half of what was hatched.
The 4th year I paid Randy almost off. Except for some hondurans I owe him now for.So realistically most of what I owe him has nothing to due with the ruthveni.
This year he gets paid off..
This is 100% as to our agreement. Plain and simple.
BTW the reason why he asked you to sell them to me is becasue he found out you spent 4-5k on them while owing him that cash. I was at his house personally when he found out.
So what about buying while owing, you just ignored that question. You hatched out some nice stuff that your posting on the kingsnake forums why not sell that or offer that to these people you owe!!

Also with such a small group of aging breeders if I sold off all the babies till I paid Randy off what would I be left with, these guys are what like almost 10 years old. So I breed them ,pay them off right before they die or stop producing....I pay your debt and get nothing...DONT THINK SO!! I am not doing this whole thing for free here!!
 
Rodney is a friend of mine and I did some checking on Shannon in CA.He owes alot of people out there too.I was told he did time for embezzleing money from sears where he worked,if this is true they must have trusted him one time too many also.He wines he had to pay back deposits,well he should not have spent deposits.So he sells Rodneys snakes to pay other debts.I think kingsnake should boot him off the forums also.As for all his problems they are self inflicted.The road to hell is paved with exscuses.Terry Heuring

It is very well known by many in this industry that he owes not just one or two people but several well known individuals many many thousands of dollars,he ignores calls,doesn't return messages or makes any real effort unless it is conveinent..just blows them off.. it is also well known that he has been buying stuff for himself instead of paying off debts. He has hatched many nice milks this year which he has posted on the forums. He has the animals to take care of his debts... but chooses not too because it would hurt his collection or pocket book...So REALLY where's the double standard???

And Shannon you ask why I been up your ass latley...it is due to the fact that over the last 5 years I have had to listen to many friends of mine moan and groan because you have screwed them over.. I am tired of you getting away with this crap year after year!!! These people trusted you as a friend and as a professional and this is there reward??

It's not good to insinuate that others are lying when you have no idea what the truth is. I was in the room when the deal that this thread is about went down and know for a fact it is true. It was me, Rodney and Shannon and he has not paid Rodney a penny yet and it's been over a year. I appreciate Rodney and others, as should we all, who come on here and tell of their unfortunate situations as it tips us to people who we should be cautious of doing business with. Why don,t you read Shannons own words he admits he owes rodney and has not paid him.This debt has been owed for over a year now and to make matters worse we know Shannon sold Rodney,s snakes and kept the money.People like Shannnon do not deserve to be on kingsnake,he will only prey on others like he did Rodney.Terry
 
I never said that anyone was lying and you're right, I don't know what the truth is and thats why I said that what someone says is in itself not proof of anything. Plus, some of you are the ones making insinuating comments about Shannon lying about some personal issues he's dealing with. The only people that need be commenting on the subject is the people directly involved. The double standard comment was just to say that if anyone owes anyone anything themselves then they are not in a position to blacklist anyone else. Shannon is a stand up guy and I'm sure he will make good. But if you attempt to hurt his business then you may be shooting yourself in the foot. If you think that organizing a lynch mob will better your cause you are wrong. All I know is that I've known Shannon for a long time and we've always had a good relationship in every way possible. My opinion is to give it a chance from here on in and things will work out. :shrug01:

It's always, "I've" had good relationship with so and so....... Never a thought about ethics and responsibility. So you've had good dealings, yippee for you, more likely than not it's because you've never given him 1,000's worth of snakes on credit. Even if you did it still doesn't change the fact that he owes people money and has for a long time, that does not make him a stand up guy. Don't get me wrong, I know everybody falls on hard times, so I hope this situation comes to a good conclusion. Until that happens though, you tooting your horn about how great he is, and has been to you, even as he admits to owing the money, with total disregard for what is going on now, makes you look selfish (at the least).

If people don't want to see him posting on KS and if someone who is having a problem with him dealt with him through the KS classifieds, then those individuals should take responsiblity for following the procedures on filing a complaint against the vendor who uses their classifieds. If no one dealt with him through the KS classifieds, then there is no grounds for having him removed from their site.

But have you actually filed formal complaints on specific transactions or just sent Emails? My past experience with Kingsnake is that they take these complaints quite seriously.

However, you simply complaining about your friend's transaction would not qualify as a complaint
 
THANKS TO TERRY(who has forgotten more than most of us will ever know),RANDY,JUSTIN,JOHN KELLAR AND JOHN SCHMITT-I appreciate your comments, concern and advice.PERSONALLY,I would NOT have the gall to go on the forums and blow up my snakes if I owed anyone a dollar.
I realize there are others who are owed more and owed longer than myself,however I CANNOT keep silent when someone who owes me money is bragging on snake he owns instead of SELLING them to pay his debts.
This is a personal decision by Shannon and NOT what I would expect from a "friend".
