I had a pretty good year this year! I'm done hatching out eggs because I have a pretty small collection and all my girls tend to go at the same time. Managed to hatch my first ever pied and it's a female! Yay! Pieds were the reason I got into ball pythons in the first place, and I am so unbelievably stoked to finally get one.
Here are some holdbacks for me this year. The first two photos are of my holdback 66% het pied. She doesn't have any markers, but her reduced pattern and light honey color are just really beautiful to me.
The last two photos are of the only good egg I got from my mojave x calico pair this year. She hatched out with such an unusual pattern that I've decided to keep her.
I may breed these girls back to their fathers in a couple of years, or I may just keep them as a really cool normals. Hatching out babies is so exciting!
