In my experience adult females are much more likely then hatchlings to go on a fast when changing environment.
50% Of the adult I have received (breeder loans or purchased) did not eat for me upon arrival and it took them anywhere between 3 to 9 months to adjust and resume feeding. Not once has it cross my mind to label the breeder as someone to be wary of because the animal would not eat for me.
She obviously would not be 2200 grams if she was not eating.
So yes I understand it put a dent in your project however those are animals and animals are unpredictable.
Based on the age and the changes of environment the animal can go off feed (short or long term) and I don't think any one can guarantee that an animal will not go off feed upon arrival especially an adult female.
Again at 2200 grams she is a established feeder that will resume feeding on HER terms.
Now as far as your complaint I am confused
While most people do not offer "extended" guarantee Shaun offered something to compensate you (which most probably wouldn't have) to which you agreed apparently agreed on.
Yet you still come here and say this.
I see something that is not an issue but a pretty common problem when buying an adult BP (something one with your experience should expect) and I see someone who offered to compensate a customers for the inconvenience and yet still get a bad review.

I would be very warry of buying from shaun Pruitt. I know if i sold a snake and it wouldnt eat for 4 months id either refund them or replace the animal with something that they as a customer would have chosen.
