Mr.Carter, I am glad you clarified for me the picture and I am also glad that you have risen to this thread gracefully and have said you were sorry and that it was a bad judgement call on your end. To me as a beardie collector and an up and coming breeder, I appreciate the honesty and I believe the apology was sincere to Mr.Clark.
Now Mr.Clark, I really think you should take the apology and let this thread end. I understand the dangers of cold to a beardie very well and I can understand how upset you were, but dragging this thread on and on is NOT making you look like a good seller. Let it go! I know top breeders and some of them have been and will remain my friends. You are a grown man and yet this is almost like a childs fight of he said she said. Enough! This thread did not need to be posted unless the beardie had died. It should have been an inquiry about shipping from Mr.Carter. If there was other buyers that have dealt with him and he made the same mistake, but I havent found one! To me, this seems to be an isolated incident and will remain a one time mistake. If it does happen again, then trust me I will post a negative reply against Mr.Carter when or if that time comes. As of right now, Mr.Clark, I would suggest you let this topic go and fix the negative posts against you! Even if its Im sorry the bp had a tapeworm or replace the red eye frogs that died because you didnt ship them correctly and if I remember correctly they also had a fungus on them. I have read bad threads against you and on none of them did you say you were sorry I over looked that and I will refund or make things right. Even in this thread you shipped a beardie with a broken rib! That makes me furious because they are very hardy and loving reptiles that can feel pain! What were you thinking! The red cresty? When I see things like that and for you to come on here and play the victim honestly makes me sick! Some of the bad guy threads are a year old, so I am asking you now to fix these bad guy threads on yourself befor you start a witch hunt on other sellers! Dont get me wrong, I have seen good threads also and your buyer had your back on those threads. In all honesty, I was glad to see them because there had been sooo many bad. I know that you can fix these problems and still hold your head high, but I need you to try. Like I said befor, you have many beautiful animals that I would love to own, but when I see a bad response or a bad guy thread it makes me scared to buy from you. I work hard for my money to buy my reptiles, so I expect a hardy animal for the price I pay. I work in the automotive industry, so just think how hard it is not knowing if your going to have a job tomorrow and you get a sick animal that needs to go to the vet as soon as you get it. Its not easy!
I am asking you very nicely to fix your bad guy threads, so that people like me wont be afraid to buy your beautiful animals. Even an apology to these people that suffered loss would do! We are human and mistakes do happen, but its also in or nature to forgive and let go. So I am asking you now Mr.Clark, are you going to let this bad guy thread rest now? I would by accepting Mr.Carters apology and moving on and posting apologies to your other bad guy threads as soon as possible. That is an upstanding man in my book and to go back and say you were wrong and what can I do to fix this situation! That is all I am suggesting and you never know, maybe those people can except your apology and they will post good guy threads on how you handled the situation now. As I said befor, this is my opinion on the subject and hopefully the last time I should ever have to post replies of this nature! Sincerely, Andrea Hancock or AndreaH
