I have been buying Phoenix Worms as a supplemental food for 2 years now from phoenixworms.com and have always been extremely satisfied. One time, my order arrived having died and they immediately replaced the entire order, no questions asked.
Recently I moved and with my last order, though I notified them of the change, their computer system still sent the order to my old address. By the time I contacted the new tenant and got them back, the order had died.
I notified them immediately and Sheila herself called me to let me know they would replace the order at no cost to me again.
Their customer service and product are above average and they are a pleasure to work with. If I could afford it, I would use only them as my source of feeder insects since phoenix worms are so incredibly nutritious and also liked by almost every Dragon ever born. I recommend using them to anyone who will listen.
