    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just wanted to commend the folks at SYR for there excellent customer service. Chad and Andy are always helpful and quick to call back and answer my questions. I know there are a lot of good guy posts for SYR but I still like to give credit where credit is due.

My recent experience with SYR has been great. I cornered Robin and Chad at the Arlington NARBC and asked why I should go through SYR, since the rate was really only a few dollars less than my own FEDEX account. Aside from a cost savings, what they really could offer was customer service and their inside access to FEDEX.

Well I shipped 10 Ball Pythons to California through SYR with a guaranteed 10:30 arrival. They were 1 hour late and my buyer was not going to be home after 2:00 p.m. FEDEX customer service couldn't tell me much so I decided to put SYR to the test. I called and left a voice mail and a few minutes later got a call back from Andy at SYR who said "let me see what I can do". Well he called me right back to let me know the driver had been informed of the shipment of live animals and was being diverted now. By then my buyer had contacted me and the snakes had been delivered safely. Best of all, I think because I opted for insurance, they processed a full refund for shipping. I will definilty keep using SYR and I highly recommend it. Dave McGowen
