    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I think my point is proved . You also forgot the rest of the text when you are allowed back on . I had no clue that the arm was in the condition it was in. Also I guess you can see from her language how she conducts herself . Im pretty sure this is the second BOI she has been banned on . She also asked to get her back today and acted like she wanted her back the whole time . I told her yes after she pays for vet bills , and shipping when she heals also if the ASPCA allows it . I told her that in good conscience I could not return it and requested the money to pay the vet bills.
 
There is about half the information missing from this text that was so conveniently edited . I dont have a smart phone and att said it is $2 per kb to send them to my internet account . There is over 200 messages I have saved and its funny how she is defensive that her dog attacked another dog which I have yet to mention. This is why I reported her and tried to make another BOI its a seperate incident.
 
Its sad that people like this own animals in general , especially pitts . They are awesome dogs and get a bad rep from their owners , not them. I will await your response when you get back on why you were so defensive about the lambs head thing . I think it is healthy but can the dog possibly choke on a food source like that ? You did get defensive about your dog mauling another one before and were PROUD that the other dog needed 40 stitches? You do that poor animal a disservice by encouraging violent tenancies which in turn gives pitts a bad rep . So what are you going to be able to own it until it has to be put down ?
 
i feel both parties are wrong. they both have bad ratings. seems like bionca was more in the wrong seems like does not really care for the animals well being. But he did seem like he was okay with buyer her. i say 2 wrongs do not make a right
 
Ya mike they were really blurry and she said it was a "pin" sized wound . I gave her the benefit of the doubt before all this drama started about her . Its her arm its funny how bri probably said leg too that shows how much she was really concerned .
 
I had purchased a trans from her earlier and had "shipping" problems . My Karma is down because I tried to start another thread before and people said I didn't have proof here it is . All the pictures she sent were blurry , she said she also visited a vet and said it would be healed that week. I would have never had her shipped if I knew she was that hurt I figured she would be healed from what bri said basically when I got her . It was also described as minor bruises no cuts , I also asked if it was broke twice. I can see where it may seem like I was wrong but honestly I would never ever have put her through that experience had I known. I was lied to about basically everything about both of my dragons from breeders to injuries .
 
Nick, can you please try and get all your thoughts in one post instead of writing multiple posts? It makes the thread hard to read after a while. Do you have an update on the animal? Has it been to a vet yet? I see a mention of vet bills above, but what is the prognosis? Apologies if it's already been mentioned.
 
Just found more information about how she tried to pawn a sick one on me with the other female trans. It was stated that she had no clue how to help her she died the day before I was supposed to get her. She said the bulges on her head looked eatten away.

Shes a her hypo has 4 clear nails. Im telling you before hand. Shes not as healthy as she should be! Was a dragon from my friend! She will need some tlc! :).

Tail is quite skinny , luckily I didn't get her so she couldn't infect my other dragons.

Oh, i see. That stinks. The picture you just posted is not a trans did you get your money back for the one that died? I am having sort of a hard time understanding you your replies are vague. And her head does not look eaten away. She doesnt look sickly in that photo but not her healthiest either. I agree with mike get your facts together its just vague im not sure if i understand you correctly.

I have called up att to see if they store them on the internet and they don't . I have over 200 texts from me and briannas conversation , one of which you guys saw that she posted . I don't understand how she thinks providing things that cleary prove her guilt is helpful , or that she was kicked off the last board for cursing and this one would be any different.

I guess I will start I had purchased a beardie that I could clearly tell was a translucent a while ago. It was well priced and had a very vibrant coloration. She told me that she had someone dump a sick beardie on her and would send her to me for free because I was knowledgeable on caring for them and admits she is not . Well anyways this one died that day before she would ship her out and told me that the head had been eatten away . I know I don't see it from the picture also seemed suspicious to me . Well anyways she shipped my beardie 2-5 day shipping and blamed it on the post office . She had originally said she shipped it through UPS and never corrected the error until I pointed it out and said she meant USPS. I replied most people call it the post office not USPS but good try . Well anyways she had bad shedding problems which I believe was due to her lack of proper care but is fine now . I later found out she lied which breeder it came from .

Case #2 (The Broken Arm Female)
Well I had decided to buy this female before I knew about the Barbie incident and had no knowledge of it until she was half way payed off . I thought Brianna was providing a courtesy by housing her , but I was sadly mistaken. These were some pictures that Brianna sent after it happened and refered to it as a minor pin size whole that the vet said would clear up in a week. As shown earlier I had asked her if it was broken several times to which she replied most times no its basically healed . She even said she saw the vet and he says this thing happens all the time ... to babies. She was taunting her dragons with hornworms and the other one attacked her . I don't believe that story and I bet most breeders will not also because of the difference between a baby / juvie. What was weird is that I noticed she had a patch of dead skin on her snout which I believed was caused by mites. I later found out it was a gash on her snout that had infected and healed over. She even at one time offered to just give her to me after this happened because she didnt want to deal with her . The only reason I pursued this is that the injuries were adressed as mild and she was supposed to be from "Blue eyes" the breeder. Which I found out later when I contacted them that this was also a lie.Well she arrived on time in a box that was way too small and she said she reused it from sick milk-snake she had. The would was not bandage or properly cleaned I later found out days later her scabs needed to be removed in order to try to save her arm. She shipped her in a bag of a sick animal with an open wound . I kept her for a week to give bri the benefit of the doubt that she said it would be healed by the weeks end . I finally told her I needed a refund , no respond for 3 days . After I started posting on here she responded saying that she was waiting for my call. I had called her a couple of times that she ignored , she even had one of her friends get on the phone mock me and hang up. I had been nice up to that point but will I let someone that was clearly high mock me I think not . She refused to take her back saying she was going on vacation and it was my problem until she got back , but earlier stated a 30 day warranty policy over the phone. I was at my boiling point and I am a pretty chill person but enough is enough. Well anyways she was mad that I posted stuff about her on here and said she would refund me when she feels like it. I decided that I would file with paypal and report her for the vickie case and my case . I also had just found out about her dog story recently. I have received excuse after excuse and I think I showed allot of patience in dealing with her for that long. Also most of the conversations have her cursing so yeah lol. I refuse to return her at this point because of all this stuff and am trying to get the money off of bri to fix her arm. I have been searching for local vets and most arent qualified enough after the x-rays . I was a very reckless kid growing up and know what a broken bone looks like from experience. I am a student and didn't think this would get this far . I just started working again this week and need the money back from her to give her the proper care . I know someone will say that I should just ship her back its not that simple im sure she would stiff me first off. I will not give an animal to an animal abuser also , and even if the situation was less worse wouldn't I be just as bad shipping a beardie with a broken arm. I tried to stick to one post this time lol .
 
I agree, I wouldn't ship her back. The packaging itself is proof enough that either Bionca has no common sense or simply doesn't care about the animals or her own reputation. It is, frankly, disgusting how those animals were shipped. Bionca owes you a full refund, in addition to whatever bills result from veterinary care of that animal. If this had been a dog or cat, Bionca would've been thrown in jail for animal abuse.

Even if the vets to you are not specifically qualified to work with reptiles, that bearded dragon needs to be put on antibiotics of some sort. Although it is difficult to tell from the images you uploaded, it is clear that the animal is suffering from a secondary infection. The last thing that bearded dragon needs after all this trauma is to develop a fatal bone infection or get that leg amputated to avoid a fatal bone infection if the leg is broken. It is, right? Have you gotten X-rays?

Bionca, the welfare of the animal is ALWAYS more important than a sale. Knowingly selling an injured animal is the epitome of irresponsibility. It reflects poorly on you, and worse, it perpetuates the public stereotype that reptile owners are careless.

Ask anyone on here, I am normally the first one to play devil's advocate and defend the underdog when not enough information is presented to make a solid case. I have "earned" negative karma for it in the past. However, I can find absolutely nothing in this thread that even remotely excuses what has happened to this/these animals. If you have even a shred of honest decency in you, you will refund Nick the cost of those animals INCLUDING the shipping costs (which you clearly shipped through USPS illegally to maximize your profit on an injured animal), AND whatever vet bills Nick accrues to get the animals back into peak health.
 
Had to clear this up quick , she shipped this one for free because she messed up on the last one . I haven't went to get xrays yet but am going to and some one else brought out the antibiotic situation earlier and I am going to get some tomorrow. I do 100% care about this animal and for brianna to not refund/pay for vet bills shows her lack of care . I also took negative karma on this one but feel my point is more than stated now . Id rather warn others and get rid of people that treat animals poor than worry about my "karma". I dont think many people will argue that I was right in reporting her especially after her dog attacking another I think that is clearly animal abuse to the fullest. I do appreciate the support on this one and understand that some of the stuff I did post may have sounded good to me but may have seem like it left out info at the time . I hope it is cleared up now and everyone realizes the magnitude of this situation .
 
Nick, have the vet look up dosages of baytril for her. Baytril is a commonly used antibiotics for reptiles. I have found that shots work best for dragons, as they have a tendency to spit out oral meds.
 
Lol I know but I wasn't lying I have just been burned out from class/work and felt "attacked". No i do not have thin skin I was a Sailor if people must know but will defend my "honor". I seriously have no reason to lie , children lie not adults. I see how people saw it originally but you guys have to see how I saw it off the bat. It definitely is a separate Boi from the two original posts . My posts may have seemed annoying at first but look at the Brianna's one post and she solidifies my evidence. I wish that happened earlier lol and I also have more info that she refused to refund me to help treat the beardie and I am fighting tooth and nail to get the money to help her and get Brianna legal ramifications for her blatant disregard for animal life. I would also like to state that she owns exotic animals , that includes snakes for the people who aren't interested in beardies. No hard feelings to anyone I just think she needs to be stopped.
 
i have a chart for 2.5% baytril i dont know if i can post it but if you need it ill send it via email but its a reference tool make sure you consult a vet about how to administer the dose 1st
