    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have heard rumors that Robert' Exotics ships illegally and I would like those people to supply proof of what they are saying Mike johnson sent me emails saying hots had been sent illegally I say "Mike show proof of this or stop with the rumors"  thank you

ritchie I would like to apologize to everyone I have been in the wrong in the past but I am sorry and do not plan on making those kinds of mistakes again if I can have a secound chance please. I do not know how to display the email Mike Johnson sent me saying hots had been sent illegally but that is not true and would like to know why he is saying this. I said alot of bad things for which I am not proud but if you guys will give me a chance to prove I am a good person who loves reptiles I will not disappoint you and if I break the rules again I will not bother you again you have my word on that. thank you
 
I sent them Delta Dash I have copies of airbill numbers I will get out tomorrow from the files. The email he sent called me a snake broker for putting alot snakes up for sale. I keep alot of what I get I am putting an exibit together and am looking for show animals but I keep all types. I do not sell to just anyone I do not want anyone hurt or my animals abused. I ask questions so to some that may make them think I lack experience but I like others opionions on important things before I make a decision. I saw on another thread where people were shipping by fed-ex and usps and such but I dont know where Mike johnson would have got the idea I do that. Does anyone know this guy? I have never done business with him so I dont know why he would just say things like that. I had an add on the venomous.org that said I was getting out of the business for a while and he said "good you were never in it and blah blah blah. I dont understand where  he is coming from.

Earlier today their was an ad on Southeastern Hot Herp Societys' webpage from GreaseMonkey stating that he was getting out of reptiles and needed to sell some enclosures.
I believe this is one of Bob's aliases so hopefully you won't have to deal with him much longer.

Yes jackie I am taking a break from selling for a while to work on a mobile exibit I am putting together to show people reptiles are not evil monsters as many of them think. If I have offended you in the past let me say to you "I am sorry and hope to be forgiven by you" At the moment I have 1.1 Java Island spitting cobras, a large female puff adder and atheris chlorechis and atheris squamigera. I am keeping these to display and all I buy from now on will be for the exibit. I hope to have it together by summer 2003 thanks.

First off I would like to take this opportunity to state, if this person is saying bad things about you (Whether they are true or not) good. I am glad to see you getting a taste of your own medicine.  After the bull and lies you posted about me and my business You deserve anything and everything you get. What goes around comes around. Also your appologies to some are a little too late in my books.  Making an appology now is nothing more than a line of BS to me.
 
Yes Rob I agree with you I hope in the future I can make it up to you, I had no right to do that and it was a mistake that I am not proud of. I do apologize to you and hope you can forgive me in the future. I now know how it feels and it is not good.
 
I sent mike emails asking him to show me names or some kind of proof and he has not got back with me yet. I will forward any he sends to this thread so everyone can judge for themselves if this is true or not.

Let me offer you a little free advice that you may deem to be worth EXACTLY what you're paying for it (nothing)!

If I were you, I think I would just lay low for a while.  Do some good business with people, and make certain that you follow all of the rules of the law and the generally accepted practices of the herp community.  

Don't try to fix your sullied reputation immediately, because that will only make you look like all of the others who have said "I'm sorry" and then gone on to act like nothing has happened.  Instead, let your actions from this point onward speak on your behalf.  It will take some time, but it will happen if you are patient.

I hate to say this, and I mean no personal offence, but no one is going to believe you right now.  You lied, made up false names for people to post here that they had done business with you (when it was you doing all the posting), and you showed yourself to be untrustworthy in the process.

All you can do now is appologize (which you have done, thank you) and let time heal the wounds you made in your own reputation.  I do not believe the wounds are fatal, and the scars may show for a while, but you can be whole again.  It just takes time.

Again, just my opinion here.  Take it for what it's worth--

Thanks Darrin I will take that advice I am not selling anymore I am collecting only for my exibit I deserve people making up stories about me I did without knowing the cost or how it felt and now I know I look forward to building a reputation here on the BOI of honesty and making friends here it may not mean much to some but to me reptiles are my passion and I want to make things right.  thank you for listening.
