In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I posted a similar post a few years back 04 I believe, Now here we are in 06 and I'm asking this again. Who are you people using to ship your Snakes,(legally) I called UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL, Not 1 of them is willing to ship snakes through their company, I asked even if you get certified ? I was told NO Snakes at all,So that brings me back here, Who is willing to ship snakes ? Thank you in advance.

There's this guy, we call him Julio. He's the guy. You give him money and you get anything you want.

Ohhhh wait, you want to sell, that's Juan-carlos. You give him product and he gets it where it needs to be. Of course, he takes a percentage so that could make payment tough. What will you do, give him one foot of snake for every five feet of snake delivered?

Hmmmm, seems to be problematical no matter what you do.

Well...i don't know the answeer to that one,"Bill".

BUT, i can tell you that its nice to live near a airport.
And when i buy animals that need to be shipped i prefer sellers that know how and are Delta Dash friendly.
And when i start selling i will Delta Dash as well.
Yes mistakes happen, but if done properly i think that flying is the safest and fastest way to ship.

While I do agree that is the way to go, Its really not cost effective, It use to be so easy yesterday, When Ups, Fed-ex Dhl/Air Borne use to make these deliveries

As far as I know fed-ex is still allowing it. Most likely you just talked to the wrong people, you can call the same place 6 times, get 6 different people and 6 different answers. Did you try the methods/contacts outlined in the fed-ex shipping thread? Surely you must have seen it, it's a popular thread.

No no don't call him surely ,it just might make him surly.

Fed ex still allows it. I am in the end stages of getting certified right now. It is most likely you are just getting the wrong people to talk to... There are a few names of fedex workers in the other thread that you could contact. Best of luck!

Thanks, I just go off the phone with the sweetest Southern Belle', She helped me alot, Going to have a Rep calling monday Thank you again.

No probelm! Glad you got someone to help you out! My rep is awesome. I had setup my account and not used it for anything yet.. like a whole week lol. She took time out of her day to call and see if I needed anything. I told her what I needed, the reptile shipping certification, and she has done everything for me! Emailed me the paperwork I needed to fill out as well as a couple pdf files that take you set by step through their method of packaging to get approved, all within minutes of our 1st phone conversation. I am waiting to here back form the package testing dept to get my box sent in to them.

I had this same problem getting certified.

Bill, if your rep doesn't call you by Monday, place a call to Rod Coffman using FedEx's voicemail system. It'll give you an option when you first call of using the party's extension or entering part of the last name.

If you'd rather email, [email protected], I believe.

He was MOST helpful until my rep finally showed up.

Considering what ground carriers are charging these days, Delta Dash doesn't cost too much more. You also have to consider that Delta Dash insures the animal up to $750. Find a ground carrier that will honor their insurance for an animal, certified or not.
