I know, it isn't my girlfriends rack, but it will have to do... for now.
I made this 11 tub, 41 quart rack with the recruitment of a friend to hold some pieces and help with heavy lifting. It isn't light at all, probably 350 lbs. It's framed out and insulated beneath the bottom shelf. Took the better part of 2 days to make once all of the materials were ready. 4" belly heat in the rear. Total material cost of $375, does not include thermostat.
...Now I only need a few dozen more.
Thanks for looking.
