Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My name is Scott Pasqua and I would like your opinions on these ads here in the tortoise classifieds

I don't want to start bashing anyone, but please look at the 2 ads in the classifieds with the "Asian Star Tortoises"

I e-mailed the so called seller and judging by the responses and language, I think we may have an African scammer right under our noses.




They told me its a male (9 inch) lmfao Indian Star Tortoise and want $350.00 shipped. I have never heard of a female that big,never mind a male!
The writing below are some of the e mails I just got.

"hi,

its an Indian.the total cost is $350 as i earlier mentioned.please i will also need your full names, and phone numbers so i can rush to the delivery agency and register him.get back to me asap.thanks"
