    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Skinny leos for sale

Honestly the first one is a little skinny but it could just be that it's young (calling it a breeder is absolutely rediculous though). The second one, however... I'm suprised it made the trip...

I feel like you hurt him more by posting this instead of what you thought as sticking up for a bud.
Matt, people are not 'sticking up for a bud' here... they are sticking up for the geckos. They are thin. The photos don't lie.

OK i was alittle out of hand their.But as brandon put it, he did just get them back from a friend who i guess was not takeing that great of care of them.Yes some do look alittle thin.But that can be changed with out a doubt.Yes they live on hard clay or what ever.But im sure they still travel over sand,dust.So their is some in their diet.I personaly have been keeping my leopards on sand and bedabeast mix just fine.And they seem to like to be able to dig.Esp my male.But thats of topic.

Brandon is right. He did just get them back from a friend who wasn't prepared to take on so many geckos all at once. I personally saw those geckos the day they were returned to Alejandro which must have been a few weeks ago, and I happened to see the geckos again tonight. They ALL look great (as they should--they've been eating my roaches ;) ).

You guys can accuse me of "sticking up for a bud," but I'm a close friend of Alejandro and live less than 10 minutes away from him. I see his animals on a regular basis and can vouch that they really are healthy, alert, and eating. It bothers me quite a bit that so many of you will jump to conclusions without ever having actually communicated with Alejandro or doing business with him. Somehow you have gone from criticizing the leopards to mocking him as a breeder, and yet you know nothing about his breeding experience (in which he easily outmeasures all of you combined in number of species and number of animals). He is a stand up guy, very honest, and doesn't ever let profit keep him from pleasing customers, and he is the LAST breeder I would ever suspect of trying to rip someone off.

Preston - I don't even know where to begin. I saw the geckos before he shipped them to you and saw them when you finally sent them back. Not only was your packing job horrible (multiple geckos crammed into small containers), probably having been there for awhile based on the smell, but a lot of the babies had not grown at all, and many of his original breeders were returned in horrible shape. You really are one to speak out against him. The reason why your breeding loan with him didn't work out was because you weren't taking care of his geckos or bothering to feed them. And yet you had the nerve to sell them, steal them, take your time shipping them back, and on top of it all, lie to him about the full number of geckos he had originally shipped you. Shame on you.

Ok, this thread is going downhill very quickly. If someone chooses to post a thread on the BOI about Alejandro or any of the other(s) involved in the care of the geckos, feel free to continue the discussion there. I will lock this thread if I need to, but I have faith :) that you guys will see to it that I do not have to resort to that. Thanks!

Well, all I can say is that it is a good thing Alejandro got these geckos back so he can get them pumped up before re-selling them! (Hopefully on "Bug Chick roaches)!!!
