Howdy All,
I recently sold a couple of very large female Ball Pythons to Skip Riddel of Weatherford, Tx. This transaction has provided me with the pleasure of making a "Good Guy" Post. Mr. Riddel was very pleasant on the phone right from the first of the many conversations we have had to date. He sent payment exactly as he said he would, without delay. This is when his true character began to show, I was not able to ship on the agreed shipping date as the weather up here in Maine was uncooperative. Temps dropped down to 2 degrees and I didn't want to risk the snakes well being. I explained this to Mr. Riddel and he was adverse to the risk of shipping with temps that low as well. The weather began to warm on Thursday of that week (2 days before Christmas), but I like to have some time for errors by the shipping companies. I asked Mr. Riddel if he would mind waiting until the following week, he had no issue with this either. Well Monday came and temps were still in the 'teens, but the forecast was for temps around 40 degrees on Wednesday. He said that sounded good to him. Temps did cooperate and I was able to ship on Wed. for Thursday delivery. I called Thursday evening and he said the girls arrived and was very happy with them. We have spoken on the phone more than a few times and I plan to keep in contact with Mr. Riddel. I would not hesitate for even a nanosecond to do business with Mr. Riddel again, I would jump at the chance. Many Thanks Skip Riddel, Matt Staudenmaier
