    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

After searching, I can find nothing about this company on the BOI. Has anyone done business with them before? Had a past experience with a (different) local breeder that has made me extremely weary of ever buying a ball python again except from one proven good guy. These people in question are located in SC, so are indeed "local", and through no fault of their own make me weary. Hearing others' good experiences (or bad experiences) would definitely help me make a decision.
 
I know this may be a little late to help the OP but it may help someone else in the future. I've met Chris and dealt with him and he is one of the good guys in my book. I first met him online when I posted a question on another forum and he wrote back to me with lots of helpful information. Then I was able to meet up with him at one of the Columbia, SC shows and I liked him enough to buy a female Orangebelly Mojave from him which has been thriving to say the least.
 
I have had a few dealings with Chris/Slowcountry. He is always a great guy to talk to and stays in contact through email about the snakes he sales. I have nothing but praise for the guy.
