Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was wondering if anyone had any feedback about this company. I placed an order with them over a week ago, got my order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation and they won't respond to my inquiries about the status of my order.
 
Here is a copy of the invoice I received. I blacked out my address and phone number (for obvious reasons).

I've ordered from them only once before. I ordered blackworms last year. But I contacted them through frogforum.net and over the phone. I got my order overnight and everything was in good shape.

However I have never ordered from their website. I was having difficulty with the checkout messing up (not letting submit the order). I emailed them about it and never got a reply.

If you can find a phone number for them I would recommend trying to call them.
 
Funny thing, I emailed Dave to alert him to an issue on the website (forums and blogs sections were hacked), and he emailed me back immediately to thank me for letting him know. But I have yet to hear back from him when I'm asking about my stuff. Weird.
I will try giving them a call. Thanks for your reply :D

I already go in touch with the OP via Email. Our site went down for about 10 days while we scurried around looking for a new, reliable host. Finally found one in WiredTree.com which set us up a new VPS server for about 10 times what we usually spend, but it's worth it if this never goes down again. As when the site went down this time, it also brought all our emails down as well, which is why we sent out a Fanminder newsletter to everyone letting them know my @gmail.com account to get ahold of me.

Your order will definitely be going out with this week's shipments, and I've already packed your order up, including upgrades like your 2oz cup of isopods is now a 6oz cup of isopods ;-)

Thanks for being so patient, and thank you everyone who continue to keep us appraised of any issues with the site.

Thank you for getting back to me. I apologize for jumping the gun on this. And that is awesome and much appreciated about the isopod upgrade - Jake has taken quite a liking to them. ;)
