In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

JUST JOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of mine at the moment eat f/t. If, IF, I ever get any babies, I imagine there will be a few that will have to have live for a little while to get them started

I've always started new snakes on live, then gone as quickly as possible through stages of freshly killed and warm, then freshly killed and cold, finally to frozen/thawed, primarily because I'm a pet owner and don't want large snakes who strike at moving targets.

But then I don't have a stock of 300 to feed...

So I guess logistics dictates most of this.

I think that live pinks should be considered f/t just because of the nature of the non-beast.

I fed live for a while and then noticed a couple big gouges taken out of my BCC's. While I admire the fight they put up, I care not for the vet bills. Knowing that my BCCs (one now, two then) would eat toilet paper if it were appropriately dangled, I switched pretty quick.

I have a WC emerald male that still likes it warmed sometimes, he took it cold last time, GAH! And a CBB male emerald that will take f/t off of the floor as carrion.

Everybody else is too new to say whether they'll eat at all.
