• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

I've been seriously considering getting a lovely little leo for the new year, I have all the supplies set, I done tons of research on the most safe and practical substrates...I already feel like a worried mother; but I digress.

I've done all this research and I have everything set, but my question is... I have chose two types of leos (Tremper Albino Leos and Patternless Mack Snows) and I wanted to know from people who currently own which ones have the best personality.

I know that each gecko has their own personality entirely, but in general is there a clear difference in temperament between these two types?

Another note I am looking at the male gecko's of these two breeds.

Any information would be great :)

There is no real difference in personality between those two morphs you listed. Leopard geckos do have different personalities of course, but "types" you listed are actually the same animal (leopard gecko) with different colors and patterns.

I do think males male better pets for first time leo owners only because females ovulate every year and this can cause them to stop eating for weeks at a time.

Hope this helps!

yeah I read that about the females, and being a first time potential owner I was weary of this. I'm glad there is really no difference aside from colour an pattern. (I wasn't sure if the patterns and colours were the effect of other occurring genetic factors. )

The only hard part now is to make a final decision on which would suit me best

Thanks :)
