• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I just wanted to warn you guy's about SoCal Roaches, I placed an order with him mid June and have yet to receive my total order! I ordered 1000 super worms and 200 Dubia roaches, He forgot me twice and then told me he had some issues, then he told me it was to hot to ship the roaches! I asked him for a refund after receiving the mealies of which over half were dead! That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since! Buyers beware! Hopefully I posted in the right forum!
 
How he does business. Sells and advertises what he doesnt have.

He had problems with ebay not delivering goods...

He posts non stop all over FB with his feeders, but once hes found hes kicked out of groups left and right.

Definitely a guy to proceed with caution unless you can pick up the order
 
How many Bad Guy threads are gonna get started on this guy before people stop throwing their money away? And for the record, it is almost never too hot to ship dubia so that excuse does not fly.
 
Idiot.

Warned him for awhile. Guys daft to get bad publicity for 20 bucks. I just want him to suffer at this point. :)

It looks like you paid for a tracking number. Doesnt mean you sent anything.

i paid and packaged and shipped once i drop off the package is out of my hands if you dont want to believe me that is fine and you have that right, i can't and wont force you to believe it, also why would i waste my money on just buying a tracking number, doesnt make sense

Has anyone else had the problem with him saying a package has been lost in the mail? Especially a replacement package?
 
Has there been any tracking updates on the package? Mine never had any, because I do not believe a replacement package was ever sent.
 
If you've got a tracking number, plugging it in online should at least tell you whether the package has been received by the shipping company. USPS is the worst as far as actually tracking progress - you pretty much get We have the package, then You have the package, lol.
 
My first order from this guy was for 1,000 mealworms. They shipped and were here immediately. They also had 50 medium dubia I had not ordered with them.

My second order was for 1,000 mealworms and either 50 or 100 medium dubia (don't remember how many I ordered atm) and it was 20 days before I got my feeders. I messaged and messaged and messaged the guy about when they were going to get processed? How much longer? I am now completely out of feeders and having to buy a couple days worth of crickets at a time from a pet store because I haven't gotten my order from you yet, where is it? And finally, after telling him either ship my order or give me a refund because it's been 17 days and it hasn't even been processed yet, let alone shipped, he finally shipped me my stuff.

When it arrived on day 20 the mealworms were fine but my dubia were large instead of mediums. I bought them for my leopard geckos, and if the leos were the only critter I had they would have been wasted because they were WAY too big for them to eat. They made my turtles happy but they were an expensive turtle treat. -.-

I will not be purchasing from him again. The prices were great and they did arrive alive, but the customer service is terrible. I'll spend more money somewhere else, the lower prices aren't worth it.
 
Finally got my roaches last Friday, I will NEVER order from this guy again, This was the absolute worst costumer service EVER, the roaches were alive but very small and defiantly an under count! Now, I'll have to grow them out before my animals will even begin to eat them! IMHO don't waist your time or money!
